Then when the plumber (Nate) came to do the job (kitchen sink backing up) he was professional and yet friendly and approachable. I needed a leaky faucet repaired and called Waialae Plumbing as I always do. Danny arrived and he not only fixed my leaky faucet but he also replaced another old faucet that I had been wanting to replace AND he replaced all the valves to my toilets and sinks. It took him all day but he worked until the job was done. How’s that for great service?!!

Atta showed up 10 minutes early, fixed the leaky sink and asked if there were any other issues he could solve while he was there. Polite, efficient and fast; who could ask for more?

We called Roscoe (owner) the night before complaining of our clogged kitchen sink. We were booked for a plumber for the next day. We own a townhouse so naturally we share common pipes with adjoining neighbor. If you live in a townhouse you would know that it’s a tedious and difficult job. Tyler was sent, He was personable, knowledgeable and professional. He informed us of the price quote (believe me, it was way cheaper than those advertised giants) Tyler unclogged both sinks safely and since he was there we asked if he could check our neighbors bathtub that had a slow drain on both homes. My Tankless Water Heater is awesome! In May 2021, Brison’s Plumbing, Inc. removed a leaky lowboy then supervised the installation of Stiebel Eltron Tempra Trend tankless electric water heater AND replaced a 50-year old breaker box. Brison personally returned my call on the same day. He listened to my needs, explained the steps to go tankless and options, and made appropriate recommendations based on those needs and my budget. Brison coordinated with the electrician for new breaker box and tankless water heater installation; and then kept me informed every step of the way. The limited work space was kept clean, installation work was neat and expertly done, and the job was completed quickly and a day earlier then promised. By converting to tankless, my monthly electric bill has been reduced by more than ¼ of the cost.
