535 Plumbing was able to snake 2 clogged drains for half the price that Roto Rooter was quoting. They were able to work around my schedule, coming early in the day. The drains are flowing again.

From the first call for information/scheduling to project service/completion, working with Performance Plumbing was a terrific experience! The inspection report that we received when purchasing our new home listed 17 plumbing issues (replacement of valves, faucets, and diverters as well as splash guard installation) that needed to be addressed. Shayna was able to assist me with how to approach the repairs and schedule me for service quickly. She walked me through the process of submitting documentation so that an estimate could be provided that was easy for me to understand. Shayna was friendly, efficient and incredibly helpful throughout our conversation. On service day, Nate, our plumbing technician, arrived on time -- he was personable, professional and patient. He took time to answer all of our questions. We feel that he went above and beyond our service expectations. Nate is truly an expert of his trade. There were no surprises at payment time -- the repair charges were fair and what we had been quoted. My husband and I are extremely pleased with Performance Plumbing and look forward to working with their staff for many years to come.

I called in the morning expecting a long wait time, but they sent the tech, Tyler out by mid-morning. He was quick and efficient and worked around the mess I had made trying to run a load of laundry. Turns out my problems were connected. Problem solved, fast, friendly and professional!

Driver in vehicle #02 cut us off on the freeway (myself, wife and 8 year old son) almost ran us off the freeway, without signaling.... When I pulled up next to him he laughed.... Then when he noticed we took a picture he drove slower in front of us and used his signals more than necessary like he was mocking us.... I was AMAZED that someone in business vehicle would act like this.

They are very responsive, scheduled us right away, gave timely updates regarding the job and got things done.

Nathan and his team has been great to my clients and have been very good about doing the plumbing work for them as promised. I have recommended them to all of my clients and will continue to do so in the future.

We are very pleased with the work done by Jonah of Allen's plumbing. We needed the main shut off valve to the house replaced as well as a couple of hose bibs. Jonah tried to make it work with our small box but it just would not fit so he had to dig up the old box and install a larger box. This involved removing some bricks and lots of digging. When I went to check the work on the box and bibs Jonah had done more then expected. He not only did the job but cleaned up the area and replaced all the bricks . For the hose bib he went out of his way to save the hose that was frozen on the old bib as well as installed a bracket to secure the pipe to the wall.
