I'm glad I found Pueo Plumbing because after phoning others, Josh was the only one able to come out and fix my backed up drains on New Year's Eve! Now, he is the only plumber I call. Period.

I called this place twice within a month & the guy who answered both times was extremely rude & unprofessional, I believe it was mainly because it was after hours! I could barely hear him talk over a young child screaming in the background, & when I tried to inform him about it, he mentioned my comment to a third party in the room, & laughed about it …(he never once even asked what problem I needed help with, if he could help me at all, or where I was located! If you want some expert professional help to a problem you’re experiencing, I’d call ANY OTHER BUSINESS than this one, you’d just be wasting your time!

They was supposed to be at a scheduled place at 7am in the morning 2 hrs later after many calls and text to after hour tech name lane finally answered phone call and told that he can't make it out. No phone calls was made or attempted to make a call back from lane. He could not even text back why he couldn't make it out. Very bad customer service. They even charging for checking out parts that needed. Crazy they shouldn't even charge for that.

We belong to the Ohana Club and had our annual inspection. Joseph was very cordial, polite, clean and orderly in his work. Really appreciate the office staff for giving me updates on his ETA and keeping in touch and providing his profile in advance.

They do good work. Response times can be spotty, but they usually follow through.

Bidet not working. Called Brison’s Plumbing and they were able to come the same day and determined that the bidet was not working and was still under warranty. Contacted the vendor who sent another bidet. Contacted Brison’s again and they installed the day I contacted them. Very responsive.

Jaren did an excellent job with our plumbing needs. He showed up on time, was professional and fixed the problem quickly. Very easy to contact also and responds right away. We highly recommend him!

Kaleo came within 15 minutes of my call and resolved the issue within a half an hour. Excellent service!

Went to Home Depot on Alakawa St. three separate times to shop for replacement windows ad doors. Average wait time was 30-45 minutes to have someone help us. We left each time. Wait, it gets better! On the fourth visit someone helped us within 10 min. After spending over an hour selecting almost $2000.00 in windows/doors, we were told before we place the order an installer would have to come to our house to get exact measurements. Makes sense. We had to pay for the service which is understandable. We paid over a hundred dollars using our credit card and were told someone would call to set up the appointment. A week later, no call. We called them. Another two days. No call back.

Scope of work was to check kitchen sink for a leak and clogged bathroom sink and shower. The technician stated this on the invoice: Prior to arrival on property made contact with the owner at which time had a hard time contacting tenant but arrived on property and was told if I could wait a little bit for owner to contact tenant. I wish I was finally able to get access to the unit. Long story short, I was charged for 3 hours instead of less than 2 hours of work. The technician claims the extra time came from calling the tenant to gain access and going from the unit to his van took 1 hour and 20 minutes. This was not the case, it only took him at max 10 mins to gain access to the unit to perform his work. Before hiring a plumber make sure you work with a company who can come see what the issue is and give you an estimate. If they cannot do this then I would avoid using that company. I've tried making contact with a manger on this issue but no response. Bottom line, I was over charged.

I was very impressed with the work Paul did on two of my toilets in my home. He was on time, very efficient, knowledgeable, cleaned up so neat and his price was very fair. He will be my plumber from now on. So happy I found this Plumber. He is a superior Plumber.

Basically someone else’s install was incomplete & JBC demonstrated how the install was wrongly performed. Sage pros!

Probably won’t need any more work done, but they’ve got my top recommendation.

My situation was not an emergency so I waited a few days. But they were ready to snap over if needed to pay to have it done faster. Again. Good vibes all around.
