I called Pueo Plumbing late in the evening for drain cleaning as the main sewer line was clogged. They answered the phone right away and put me on the schedule for the evening. However, I decided to reschedule to the next day as it would have been close to midnight by the time they could get there. Technician showed up first thing the next morning. Great service, professional, and on time. I’ll be calling Pueo Plumbing going forward for plumbing services.

Best company when it comes to water heater replacement and other plumbing matters. I can confirm that this is a company that takes care of its customers in the best way possible and the satisfaction of the client is a priority.

Joseph of Kama'aina Handyman did such a great job! He was courteous, efficient, and very knowledgeable. He took a look at what plumbing work needed to be done and did it without grumbling under his breath -- and he did it quickly and efficiently, using his best judgement. Kama'aina Handyman is an excellent company to call on to get any of your projects done. Joseph showed confidence and experience and was timely in completing the plumbing work. Cost was very reasonable.

Clogged pipe drain. I tried the day before but was unable to clear the blockage. Called around and referenced to Jon at Shoreline Plumbing. He arrived on scheduled time and completed the job promptly. If at first you don't succeed it's worth calling a plumber with the right tools and know how. I would use them in the future. Reasonably priced. Mahalo.

Jaron has done a few projects for us. The first was a rather large job. He did the work quickly and his price was a lot less than another quote we got. He is very responsive, does he work fast (without compromising quality) and is very neat. He is the only plumber will will call.

I had a serious plumbing issue on a Sunday and Kaleo and his son came to the rescue quickly! He was prompt, friendly and professional. He spent about an hour addressing my problem and managed to get things taken care of! Excellent service, and he answered all my questions, and addressed all my concerns! Absolutely recommend!

I visited homedepot to replace windows and doors worth over 20k. Every visit I had to wait over 30min for someone to help me. In fact, i called from inside the home Depot to get a sales person. Sales person said that I must pay for the installer to come over the house to measure. Paid $50 deposit and the installer showed up an hour late. No calls for over 2 weeks. Called home Depot for estimate. Received an estimate with inaccurate window counts. Called home Depot to resubmit. No estimate uptodate. Called Home Depot, sales person said that the installer quit. They have to send another installer to come and measure again. No one ever contacted for one month. Called home Depot again and the person said sorry I asked for my deposit back and went elsewhere.

Scope of work was to check kitchen sink for a leak and clogged bathroom sink and shower. The technician stated this on the invoice: Prior to arrival on property made contact with the owner at which time had a hard time contacting tenant but arrived on property and was told if I could wait a little bit for owner to contact tenant. I wish I was finally able to get access to the unit. Long story short, I was charged for 3 hours instead of less than 2 hours of work. The technician claims the extra time came from calling the tenant to gain access and going from the unit to his van took 1 hour and 20 minutes. This was not the case, it only took him at max 10 mins to gain access to the unit to perform his work. Before hiring a plumber make sure you work with a company who can come see what the issue is and give you an estimate. If they cannot do this then I would avoid using that company. I've tried making contact with a manger on this issue but no response. Bottom line, I was over charged.

Thursday morning before Christmas and I find water is gushing out of my water heater. Same day Paul comes out to assess. Saturday gives me three quotes I requested. Sunday we let him know how we want to move forward. We're expecting he'll be back in a week and instead says he wants to make sure we have hot water during the holidays. Next day (Monday) he and his wife are here at noon and in less than two hours we have hot water again! Cleaned everything up nicely too.
Responded promptly, was knowledgeable, worked effeciently and was professional throughout.
Hopefully we'll never need another plumber, but I am holding on to Paul's contact info for sure!

Very fast, professional workmanship at a price that beats most, if not all competitors on Oahu!

I was assigned JBC by American Home Shield (twice) and both times they did not fix my problem. As soon as they came to the house, they were rushing to leave as it seemed like they didn't want to do any work, just collect AHS service fees. They made it so AHS would reject the work needed so I would need to hire JBC privately. I decided not to fall for this trick and am going with another plumber to do the work as they couldn't figure out what was causing any of the problems.
