Best Garbage Disposal Repair / Installation in Honolulu HI

We have an American Home Shield policy on our appliances and because Chris misrepresented our garbage disposal to American Home Shield I had to take a second day of my time to get a second opinion. Chris called 1 completely intact tea bag with a tiny speck of white on it construction debris. The good news is that Superior Plumbing came out and fairly and accurately described our situation (very old garbage disposal that could not have been jammed by this one completely intact tea bag. Also confirmed motor was not spinning and completely refuted Chris' diagnosis.) Everything was 100% covered and we now have a brand new garbage disposal.

Chris was the rudest repair person I have ever dealt with.

I called and spoke to the owner, Mike, and found him to be quite lacking in people skills as well. He later called me back and left a voice mail saying he doesn't want me to think our company did anything on purpose to get your claim denied. He further said they run into this situation quite a bit.

I have had an American Home Shield policy on a different property for over 16 years and have never run across this situation.

I have instructed American Home Shield to never send this company again.

Replaced all waste lines for 20 washers. Replaced old galvanized hot and cold water lines 4 20 washers. Did a good job on the plumbing and it should be ready for the next generation. Our downtime was kept to a minimum a job well done..

These guys were able to fix a problem that 2 other companies could not fix. They were friendly, professional and reasonably priced. I highly recommmend them.

Very happy with their service. I wanted to replace my main valve. Some companies came and wanted to do the job, but making it so complicated/removing the water-heater, making a big hole in the sealing ect/. I finally called HPG. The guys came and give me a very good estimate, with nothing else but just replacing the valve. They came at the day we scheduled and did the job in no time. Both guys were very good and professional. Clean after themselves like they were never here. Very good job. I would recommend this company for your plumbing needs.

I first called when my sink was leaking. He was very professional and was able to come out the very next day. He arrived on time and fixed it within an hour. A few weeks later I called him again cause my bathroom sink was clogged. He did not disappoint. Came out that same day and was able to unclog it. I highly recommend A-plus drain services. Great customer service and affordable prices.

No customer should need to pay half or anything upfront to proceed with a job. A business wouldint be in business if it wasnt for customers, you are earning every customers trust and business with every call you recieve daily. Be upfront and truthful. If any customer who pays for a service before the job is done or hasnt even started is senseless. 0 🌟 to this plumbing company and I wouldint recommend to anyone.

I highly recommend Three 60 Plumbing & Remodeling! I am an off-island client who needed a LOT of work done on an apartment to get it to the point where I could sell it. I reached out to a number of contractors for quotes and spent a lot of time with some going back and forth in text, emails, and calls. It was a big waste of time with all of them except for Three 60 Plumbing & Remodeling.

Three 60 was efficient, good communicators, and gave me lots of great advice. Their estimates were thorough, detailed, and easy to understand. I felt that I could trust them to do the job I needed without me being there. They worked with me to narrow down the essentials of what needed to be done to get the apartment sale-ready and synch it with what I could afford. Their work was beyond what I was expecting. From drywalling, to electrical, plumbing, painting and cleaning, the entire apartment their work was excellent. The only things new in the bathroom are the drywall, paint, toilet, mirror, light switch and light fixture, but the whole bathroom looks new and even the terribly stained shower tiles – which I was afraid would have to be replaced – looked like new after their in-depth cleaning and refinishing (see before and after bathroom photos.)
