We called around 7 pm on a Saturday night, and the company got back to us right away and said they could send someone out about an hour later. Chris was great. He called us to confirm a time and then removed the item that fell into the toilet by removing the toilet. He was fast and efficient. While I hope I never have to use them (or any service again) if I did I would definitely call them. Other companies did not respond to my phone call even though they said they were 24 hours service.

Replaced all waste lines for 20 washers. Replaced old galvanized hot and cold water lines 4 20 washers. Did a good job on the plumbing and it should be ready for the next generation. Our downtime was kept to a minimum a job well done..

When Bill arrived we found that the water had been turned off due our formr tenants not paying the bill. Because of this he couldn't do the work. We were charged $212 for time alone.Once the water is on I would request Bill again as he lives in Makaha. I would also request that he comes from Makaha to save time & keep our cost down.Please let me know if that will be possible. Paying over $200 for the travel time from town to Waianae makes this very expensive.

These guys were able to fix a problem that 2 other companies could not fix. They were friendly, professional and reasonably priced. I highly recommmend them.

I first called when my sink was leaking. He was very professional and was able to come out the very next day. He arrived on time and fixed it within an hour. I highly recommend Three 60 Plumbing & Remodeling! I am an off-island client who needed a LOT of work done on an apartment to get it to the point where I could sell it. I reached out to a number of contractors for quotes and spent a lot of time with some going back and forth in text, emails, and calls. It was a big waste of time with all of them except for Three 60 Plumbing & Remodeling.
