A 1 Plumbing saved the day AND on Memorial Day weekend! Our toilet was clogged, it overflowed, and let me just say, it was not pretty. Their service was super quick & they didn’t make a stink (pun intended) about our messy toilet issue. Very professional & we could not be more grateful that they were so available. Hawaii Plumbing Group has been contracted to replace all the plumbing in our high rise building. They just completed the stack where my unit is located. Project Manager, Peter and all the Hawaii Plumbing staff were very professional and considerate when they had to be in our unit. After all the work was completed, they came back thru and cleaned, patched and painted all areas that may have been bumped or nicked during the installation. They were especially considerate of our pet and made sure he was safe (since I had to be at work during the day). Mahalo, Pipe Masters! From scheduling with Pili to Isaiah and Shelton providing excellent service. They were courteous, quickly identified the issue, and efficiently replaced our food disposal unit.

I called these guys on a Saturday morning and they were at my place by 10am. Polite and professional, they were using masks and were good communicators, showed me exactly what needed to be done and got me a quote and fixed the problem on the spot. Everything was fixed by lunchtime and i was completely assured that it was done right. i'll call them again.

I first called when my sink was leaking. He was very professional and was able to come out the very next day. He arrived on time and fixed it within an hour. A few weeks later I called him again cause my bathroom sink was clogged. He did not disappoint. Came out that same day and was able to unclog it. I highly recommend A-plus drain services.
