Little Big Plumbing (LBP) did an amazing job to help us with a very complicated water problem in our condo involving flood issues between floors. Going above and beyond, they involved multiple levels of service and supervisors to resolve a complex problem. Responsive, professional, thoughtful and always doing the most to be helpful. We really appreciate them because it was a challenging and difficult problem that they never gave up on and were most sensitive and reassuring to us.

Replaced all waste lines for 20 washers. Replaced old galvanized hot and cold water lines 4 20 washers. Did a good job on the plumbing and it should be ready for the next generation. Our downtime was kept to a minimum a job well done..

Just my luck that a plumbing problem came up on a Friday before a holiday weekend! I contacted HPG Saturday night and within an hour Kimo scheduled me for a Monday time slot. Plumber Hank called 1st thing Monday morning to better understand the problem and to request photos. Hank asked all the right questions (and he used terms that I could understand) and he got back to me right away on the best path forward.

HPG worked around my schedule to find the best date/time (and earliest!) to do the work. The crew helped us to unload the new toilets, they showed up at the house promptly, and they did a great job. They were very careful to observe COVID restrictions, social distancing and wearing masks the whole time. They consulted me on all critical repair/replace decisions. They communicated with me very clearly about the features that were important to me in selecting new fixtures, even repeating my words back to me to avoid mixups. They kept me in the loop on progress, and had a more than reasonable final invoice. They were very knowledgeable and good at fixing things. They even vacuumed up the area!

HPG was very polite, prompt, and professional. I will be calling them to handle all my future plumbing work as well as referring all my friends and family there.

Trying to find the right plumber is a nerve-racking experience. We called nearly a dozen different plumbers with questions, asking for quotes and details. From start to finish 535 plumbing dealt with aloha, professionalism, competency and expedience. Keone and Jon, the second they walked through our door were masked, courteous, punctual and highly competent. They installed our new sink and faucet seamlessly, cleaning built up gunk in old pipes and handling our products like pros in under 2.5 hours. Highly recommended.

Matt Gillander was the tech from Steve's Plumbing who replaced my bathroom drains. He was professional. Very thorough, careful and neat. Explained what he was doing. Was very efficient and personable.The scheduling was a little disorganized as I was given a time. Then called to adjust to an earlier time but in the end, technician came at the original appointment time. There were multiple people involved in scheduling and hence some confusion.However, the quality of the service by Matt was excellent and I recommend him highly.

Worst company ever. Called them at 8:45am to schedule an appointment. At 10am, I get a call back saying someone will be there after 12pm. None calls or shows up. At 345pm I call them back to see when they will be coming. Now they have the nerve to say they can send someone on an emergency call and charge more- what a bunch of scam artists. Take your business elsewhere so they wont waste your whole day. If i could give less then 1 star i would have.

We bought a new unit at the Central Ala Moana and after a year living here, one of our AC units started leaking water from the bottom middle portion. We hired an AC tech from another company to take a look. Turns out the insulation around the pipes were taped to the pipe every 6 inches or so when they are supposed to be glued to the pipes to remove air pockets which leads to building of condensation and eventually pools water between the pipe and the insulation. Now I got yellow stains on my walls. If you cannot get the job right, dont do the job!!!

Never call back when they said they would. Contractor for Home Depot for water heater install.
