Josh from Steve's Plumbing Service came in after hours for urgent problem to unclog drains affecting most of the house. It was a busy day after holidays and no other plumbing company was able to service the problem the day of - called about 6! Even though it was the end of a very long day, Josh was courteous, professional, and pleasant as ever. He mitigated the problem and also ran some other tests for future plumbing recommendations. Great job!

Harry responded quickly and was so easy to work with. He even made the time to FaceTime, so he could walk me through a few questions I had. We have used Handy Andy for numerous contracting jobs for the past 4 years, and in those 4 years I cannot say enough praise on the quality of work. They have done remarkable work on our condo and have been very responsive to our needs. There was only one issue that we had and the staff was able to correct it quickly and meet our timeline. We are leaving the island and one of the regrets is that we will have to find a new handy man to work with when we arrive at our new location. Mahalo Handy Andy, and Aloha!

I was assigned JBC by American Home Shield (twice) and both times they did not fix my problem. As soon as they came to the house, they were rushing to leave as it seemed like they didn't want to do any work, just collect AHS service fees. They made it so AHS would reject the work needed so I would need to hire JBC privately. I decided not to fall for this trick and am going with another plumber to do the work as they couldn't figure out what was causing any of the problems.

I was really happy to hire Steve Harla in fall of 2018 to work on several plumbing items on my Pearl City rental home that needed attention. Steve replaced the three toilets with new ones, all of the kitchen faucets in the 3 bathrooms and the the kitchen, installed a new dishwasher, connected a new refrigerator and then installed a new main water shut-of-valve for the entire house in a much more convenient location than the 33-year old water shut-of valve closer to the street. He's easy to work with, professional and gives very fair pricing. He also did a prompt emergency repair on a toilet tank leak at my mom's house which was much appreciated. I'll continue to use Steve for all of my big and small plumbing needs. Good guy.
