These guys were able to fix a problem that 2 other companies could not fix. They were friendly, professional and reasonably priced. I highly recommmend them.

Terrible, do not use. They do not stand behind their work. They said they ‘fixed’ our leak, and it started leaking again within a few months. They would not even let me talk to the owner, Shane. I would advise you to use a plumbing company that you can trust.

Best company when it comes to water heater replacement and other plumbing matters. I can confirm that this is a company that takes care of its customers in the best way possible and the satisfaction of the client is a priority.

I highly recommend Three 60 Plumbing & Remodeling! I am an off-island client who needed a LOT of work done on an apartment to get it to the point where I could sell it. I reached out to a number of contractors for quotes and spent a lot of time with some going back and forth in text, emails, and calls. It was a big waste of time with all of them except for Three 60 Plumbing & Remodeling.

Three 60 was efficient, good communicators, and gave me lots of great advice. Their estimates were thorough, detailed, and easy to understand. I felt that I could trust them to do the job I needed without me being there. They worked with me to narrow down the essentials of what needed to be done to get the apartment sale-ready and synch it with what I could afford. Their work was beyond what I was expecting. From drywalling, to electrical, plumbing, painting and cleaning, the entire apartment their work was excellent. The only things new in the bathroom are the drywall, paint, toilet, mirror, light switch and light fixture, but the whole bathroom looks new and even the terribly stained shower tiles – which I was afraid would have to be replaced – looked like new after their in-depth cleaning and refinishing (see before and after bathroom photos.) I highly recommend Three 60 Plumbing and Remodeling.

Remember back in the good old days when you could really count on a company for honesty and good quality work? Well, this is it! Performance Plumbing is the genuine deal. From the time I spoke to Shayna on the phone things just started to roll in a good an positive direction. Then when the plumber (Nate) came to do the job (kitchen sink backing up) he was professional and yet friendly and approachable. He answered all my questions and made me feel confident in a job well done. He was also very neat and clean (didn't leave any mess behind). I can't believe a good, honest 5-star company still exists. Not sure if I should or am allowed to put the cost but believe me it was fair and honest. I am referring them to all my friends and family. The shower in our guest bathroom had a bad valve/diverter; water would mostly spray out of the faucet with very little from the shower head. Called EP&S on Thursday, Frank came out Friday morning and the problem was fixed! Super friendly guy, as was his assistant (I think it was Matthew, I'm bad with names). Would definitely call again!

Aaron was professional, on time, explained all options, lmk if he was running behind schedule so i can plan. Overall the service was exceptional and the problem was fixed the day I called it in. I hired Waialae Plumbing replace an old garbage disposal with a new garbage disposal and to snake my main drain. I lucked out and had a $50 off special for the month and they were able to come out and see me within 4 hours of my phone call. Patrick Dowd arrived on time and I received a text message with his picture on it showing me who he was and to expect him within 15 minutes of his arrival. He was very kind and thorough and we had great conversation while he fixed my sink. All went really well and I am very pleased and satisfied with this company..

Martin and his team came out for a quote to take care of 3 issues in our house. I had already received quotes from 3 other plumbers and his quote was out of this world fair. Not only was Martin professional and on time, he gave recommendations to ensure the longevity of our current plumbing. This is the team you want if you're looking for a plumber!

Morgan did it again! We had him work on our water pressure leak last year and he did a fantastic job. This time the job was simple, changing bath/shower fixtures but his communication and professionalism was as impressive as his quality of work. 100% will call him again the next time we need a good plumber at a fair price.
