Hawaii Plumbing Group has been in my building doing a pipe refit in the building bathrooms for about three months now. They are doing a great job. They are responsive to requests I have made, and they have done everything they can to make me feel like I am a respected client. The plumbers, dry wall guys, and tile guys have all been respectful to any guests that I have had. I would definitely recommend them to other buildings for their pipe refitting issues.

Repair truck was timely and the work done quickly (clogged kitchen pipe about 10' outside the wall). Rep was polite, easy to talk to and explained what he was doing. Used them previously and was pleased then, too.

I’m so happy with the service I received today. I left a message for them over the weekend and got a call early Monday and they gave me an 8:30am appointment that morning. Justin A came out.and cleared my 2 drains in the bathrooms quickly and perfectly and gave me a great tip to keep them clear. He was a very nice guy and very professional. I was also very pleased at the reasonable cost.

I used them originally in 2012 and I thought they were ok. However, recently, I called them to schedule plumbing service two days from that time. After I got the appointment, I had to pay my condo management $50 to schedule water shutdown in order to do the repair. However, I got a voicemail with unclear message and asked me to call them back. After calling them without anyone knows what's going on, the next day I finally got through with them and told they cannot honor the appointment because no technicians are available. I asked them why they made the appointment the first place, but no one, including the boss, can get me a clear answer. I am totally fed up with this place and will never use them again. This is totally an unpleasant experience. I also urge everyone not to use their service.

The entire AC system at our unit this company installed at the Central Ala Moana project was down within a few months after we moved in November 2021. Half way through the 1 year warranty period, May 2022, their repair service came refill the freon and re-taped piping. A few months later Oct 2022 the system stop blowing cold again due to freon leak however the warranty expired in Sept. It seems like they did what was needed just to get pass the expiration period. The slow leak from installation continued and was never addressed completely. They are not willing to provide further service and only told us to refer to system maintenance documentation. If you are making a new home purchase, make sure to check all the contractors involved.
