We’ve used Tim Chen Plumbing many times over the last 10 years and they are a terrific company! Most recently, a concern about a neighbor’s experience with a sewer backup brought them to our house to proactively address a potentially nasty situation. Tim and company installed the valve within a day of the call. We appreciated the quick response, fair pricing and overall excellence of Tim and his staff.

Very detailed and fast service

Informative, nice, good work quality, but crazy expensive. Over $700 to reattach the existing tub faucet that popped off seems like a lot.

Victor came out and quoted me a job for $700 while Allgood quoted it at $2600! Victor did quality work and was awesome!

I heard that they’re good and we scheduled an 8am appointment to fix a broken sink but they didn’t show. :(
We called at 8:45 and was told it would be at least another hour.
Guess they’re too busy for new customers.
Sucks when you’ve arranged the whole week’s schedule to be home!
