He quickly identified the source of my leak and had everything repaired in less than 2 hours! I will definitely use this company again!

Main guy has a very bad attitude, shister rip off. Will never use them again or recommend them. And I am in the remodeling business so I know the tricks they play. Tried to say it was a $600 job and in reality if they stayed working it literally took them a little over a half hour. I agreed on $350 plus materials and I said okay. When he turned the water on it leaked on the other side also. We're talking about a 2' long area and he said that wasn't part of our agreement and charged me a little more. Rip off

Our technician Audrey was awesome! She was very thorough, explained everything very well (for those of us that had no clue lol), and was very polite/professional. She was on time and did everything she could to help us get a handle on our leak/pipes issues. Genuinely one of the best technicians we've had at our new house! (And we've had all sorts of companies for all sorts of stuff!)

JT was very nice, he knew what to do and went at it right away. Explained as he went along so I knew what was being done.
