I've used the Best family twice now in the past 6 months. First I had a water main leak and they were out next day and got everything done the following day after assessing the damage. Then today I had them replace my water heater. It tokk about 2 days to get me worked in (but i had water just not hot water which wasnt that big of a deal to us) They went above and beyond. The last person kind of made a mess of it and they swooped in and replaced everything that was broken and repaired everything that was done wrong before. I will definitely call them with all of my plumbing needs from here on out.

Had our old copper pipes in house replaced with new Pert/Pex piping. Dave and TJ worked great together as a team.

John is a great guy and a great plumber. We use him for our primary residence and rental properties. He tells you like it is and gives great advice. Seriously, don't look anywhere else.

I purchased a new water heater July 2020. Everything was fine until it stopped working. Yesterday 6 months later. .called 10:00 am and owner said he would call me back in an hour. I called 4 more times left messages on answering machine. Next day still no call back. They do not stand behind the products they sell. Unprofessional and shameful way to do business!!! Do yourself a favor never do business with this company.

I believe that my plumbing issue is minor, so I can’t speak on extensive repairs. But the Serviceman was Friendly, yet to the point with trying to identify the problem and solution.
I will update on value and quality of work after a week. But at present, good experience.

These guys are great! They called and told me when they were arriving (not to the exact second, but he narrowed it down to an hour- which is far better than the phone and cable company!) ; they quickly identified the problem. Buckhead Plumbing and HVAC has been a life saver for my company for for the last few years. I am a real estate investor with a portfolio of rental properties and homes that I flip. From my first experience with their owner, Steve, I knew this was going to go well. This is not your average mom and pop broke service company. I needed a reliable company with decent pricing, prompt service and able to carry the bill a while when we flip homes. Steve's company is just the right size for large jobs and small ones. They have installed multi-units in 14,000 square feet mini mansions for me to repairing and installs on my rental homes and condos small as 952 sqft. I can trust Steve and his crews to tell me what's going on and get an understanding before I incur a charge. In addition, they accept multiple forms of payment and I think I have used just about all of them. LOL. I highly recommend Buckhead Plumbing and HVAC. Did I tell you they installed a gas line in a formerly all electric home to get my buyer the gas appliances they wanted and installed a new water heater and took care of a sewage backup?
