This company is great!! I mainly spoke with Stephen over the phone and he was very understanding about our situation. I needed someone to come out the same day, and he said he would do what he could. I got a text informing me of an appointment and that Anthony would be there.

I read some reviews previously about Anthony, and everyone is right! He's GREAT! He is very professional and while my kids were screaming and making so much noise, he kept calm almost like he blocked the noise out! It was an incredible skill!

I originally called to see if it's standard to clean and sanitize the spa tub and Stephen said they could do it, but it's typically not a standard service. I liked that he was able to give me a quote, but he also confirmed that what I was doing (pouring bleach and running the jets) should be good enough as long as there weren't the typical sediment. So I asked if he could follow up in the morning, which he did.

I ended up needing to use him because there was unexpected brown spotting on the ceiling. He sent a team out and they were amazing! They didn't do anything excessive and told me options and estimates. They were very upfront about the services and costs and making sure I understood what the options were. They gave a few options that could be the problem and options to solve the problem and costs.

I really like this company and will hopefully be able to use them in the future. I will definitely refer them!

I feel played by this company. Paid 250 for the toilet to only end up not working. Before I called this company at least it was working.

They have an incredibly weird organization. They send someone over to assess. Caleb came to check it out. He went back to his car and came back in 20 min later after someone else (Gabriel) from the company called to explain the 3 solutions they had. Not sure why a 2nd person was involved when a tech was with me in person. Don’t know if they didn’t trust him to do the job alone or they just wanted to group up to figure out a way to charge me higher. They stated they do this in order to have standard pricing across the board. Anyways after the work was done I was very upset because now I’m out 250 and the toilet flow is absolutely at 0. Gabriel called again because he heard I was upset from the guy who came to do the work. I explained to him the situation and he didn’t know how to work with me so he just passed his phone off to his boss. The boss tried explaining that there was a miscommunication and stated an additional 125 or something would be needed in order to have a complete fix. I was desperate and said sure go ahead but towards the end changed my mind because the service I had already been given was so poor. Now I am out 250 and no longer have a functional toilet.

Save yourself and find another plumber to work with.

We had never used a service before but we had bought several furniture pieces from IKEA and didn’t have the time or patience to put them all together. Brendon was amazing in keeping us aware of his ETA. Arrived on time. Professional and courteous. He knew exactly what he was doing and whipped through those items with no problems at all. Well, well worth the time and money to hire him. Would hire him again if he hadn’t moved to Georgia!

I used JR plumbing for an issue when my shower was leaking into my downstairs living room. He detected the leak very quickly and was able to fix the issue some day! Very professional, responsive and reliable! Would recommend

Alexis was very professional and super polite. He and another technician fixed three of my toilets. My son flushed tons of color pencils down the toilet and they were not flushing well. Thanks to Alexis, they got everything out from the pipe and my toilets are good as new. Highly recommended!
