Best Light Replacement in Atlanta GA

I bought an apartment complex in Atlanta a few years ago and Matt took care of all the maintenance requests, got 50 units completely remodeled in less than two years, and put us in a position to make over 2 million profit when we sold the complex in just two years. Tyler and David performed a Heating and AC installation for us on 03/29/23. They did and outstanding job. The old system had to be removed. Everything looked very neat when finished. They did a thorough job checking out all features of the new system. We are extremely pleased with the job. Would strongly recommend Estes and especially Tyler and David.

Jon was great to work with! We couldn’t find our main water shut off valve or the water pressure reducing valve in an older home we purchased 2 years ago, and thought we needed to get both added to the home. Jon did his own sleuthing around the house and property and hypothesized they were located behind a section of the wall that was sheetrocked in. After agreeing to cut into the wall, he was right! We did have a main water shut off and the pressure reducing valve was there too but needed replacing. I really appreciated he took the extra time to figure out what was going on instead of just adding new valves. He communicated everything thoroughly along the way and asked permission before starting new work. On top of all of that, he helped fix a leaky spigot on his way out. He’ll definitely be my only go to plumber from now on!

Mr. Spooney provided us with fantastic service. He arrived within his service window. I was super cranky because it was super hot being without air and as the afternoon waxed on I became worried we would not have our a/c fixed. I guess we werent the only people that needed service... As stated, he arrived within the service window. He fixed our problem promptly. I'm glad to have had him as a technician and I apologize to the dispatcher for having a sour attitude.

I had a huge bathroom project completed by this company.The plumber Keith was on time each day, professional and was very fair with the final invoice after I added on additional items. Above all, he does quality work. I've already hired him again for some other projects.

Subcontracted the installation of our HVAC unit to an inept installer. I've had multiple people look at the system and tell me what a bad job this company did. Would never recommend working with Steve Malone.
