We detected a strong sewage odor in our basement, which eventually began to spread throughout the house. Chad and the team came out promptly and provided a thorough inspection and explanation of the issue. They also found a temporary fix to mitigate the issue as best as possible until we were able to move forward with the more permanent/invasive fix. During the process Chad promptly responded to questions and offered thorough explanations and insights. The crew was patient, courteous, and professional throughout.

Best of all, Chad went above and beyond by giving considerable thought to the project, which resulted in a far less invasive approach. Because of the skilled work of the team, I did not have to replace my flooring in the bathroom thereby saving me at least $1000. To be clear, they are not the cheapest out there, but you will find considerable value in their service. You get what you pay for with these guys—highly recommended!

I had to have a new kitchen faucet. Michael from Panther Plumbing came and installed it in no time!! He was very nice and informative about everything he was doing!!

My new water heater was installed today without a hitch. Atlanta Emergency Plumbing has always provided me with excellent service, but today was just remarkable. Nestor and Rex worked together. They were prompt, thorough, and extremely knowledgeable about their field; I had no more questions after speaking with them. If I ever need plumbing work done again, I know who to call: a skilled father and son-duo.

We've used Superior several times over the past 5 years for emergency as well as non-emergency work. Their office staff and plumbers are incredibly courteous, professional, and committed to getting things right. Our most recent experience with Beau was no different. He assessed our needs, and even indicated when something did not need to be replaced. I appreciate the integrity and not taking advantage of the opportunity to accrue a larger invoice.

We had no water on Christmas Day and left messages all over town. Corey Wimpey responded and with his excellent assistant Jesse immediately diagnosed the problem and we had water by the end of the day. We are very grateful.

Very unprofessional company two guys came with pants sagging acting like they didnt wont to work over charging 550 to unclog a toilet after I said it's to steep they wanted to charge 125 for service if you can avoid this place do it..

I heard that they’re good and we scheduled an 8am appointment to fix a broken sink but they didn’t show. :(
We called at 8:45 and was told it would be at least another hour.
Guess they’re too busy for new customers.
Sucks when you’ve arranged the whole week’s schedule to be home!
