First Rate Service. We had a faucet supply hose leak. We called and they answered immediately. Fix & Flow sent Anthony right out and he diagnosed our problem immediately. He was pleasant, professional, and knowledgable. He explained our problem and gave us our repair options I could not be more pleased with the service and quality of the repair at reasonable cost. Fix & Flow and Anthony are Fantastic!

Called and Dylan arrived on time even coming all the way from Stone Mountain. When he got here he did an excellent job at a fair price. Will recommend him again in the future.

Unclogged a sink and are replacing a jetted tub pump. Very easy to work with. Very professional.

Update: In less than 3 hrs of my original post, I received a call from Owner R. Ingram. He was very kind and interested in learning what happened, and wants to get things right.
He didn't reference the post or ask me to change anything. Thanks for caring enough about my experience to call. Original Post: They were available to replace a broken water heater but in hindsight, I wished I had waited 1 day and let High Priority Plumbing do the job instead because Better Plumbing prices are higher, but product and service is inferior. A year after the heater was installed, a part failed. Better Plumbing wouldn't contact Rheem to get the part and was going to charge me more than High Priority to repair the heater. The High Priority plumber, communicated with Rheem. If you just need a job done, this company is fine, but if you want a great experience and company that really stands behind their work, you might want to consider other options.

Plumber Justin was courteous, professional and prompt. I’m waiting to see if Superior follows up on a repair they could not complete today due to not having a part for our Delta Fixture. They committed to finding a faucet cylinder replacement. It could take 2 weeks. But They did replace Pressure Relief Valve and fixed two other issues. They will come back out to replace the part once they find it. Overall excellent so far!

I heard that they’re good and we scheduled an 8am appointment to fix a broken sink but they didn’t show. :(
We called at 8:45 and was told it would be at least another hour.
Guess they’re too busy for new customers.
Sucks when you’ve arranged the whole week’s schedule to be home!
