Mr. Phillips. replaced my 20 year old Hot Water Heater with a brand new one. My wife and I were back in hot water 6 hours after the replacement began. He worked professionally, explained how the new heater works and how I could perform maintenance on it to keep it running in tip-top shape. Mr. Phillips' pricing was very reasonable and he used quality materials to do the installation. He was also pleasant and completely professional while performing the task. He was also respectful of the COVID-19 procedures currently in place and wore his mask the entire time he worked. I would recommend Mr. Phillips for all plumbing work and I will be using him again.

Called earlier this morning about a leaky p-trap and Matt had a plumber scheduled same day. The plumber, Shaun, quickly identified the issue, evaluated a couple of quick fix solutions but we ultimately decided to rebuild the p-trap and get it right. Shaun was able to rebuild it quickly with all issues resolved. I will definitely be calling Zippy back for future plumbing issues!

The company got to me quick and had no issues however, I think there prices suck $325 for a $65 pressure regulator is very expensive, prices need to be explained in full before hand, would not refer

Had RS Andrews come out and finish a plumbing job that the previous plumber did not complete. They were very professional, on time, explained everything and then cleaned up when finished. They took the time to correct some mistakes from the work that was done prior at no charge. They wanted to make sure that when they left the job was done right and that I would not have any issues in the future. They were very reasonable and I would definitely use them in the future again and I would recommend to anyone.
