My technician was Paul Harrison. He was prompt and kind. I feel like he serviced our HVAC system thoroughly so that we won't have to worry about it at all this winter. I know it's cramped and tricky to get to the unit in our attic but he was able to do it. Estes offers a good price and a great service for their annual maintenance so I'm glad to have them on my side. I like easy and reliable and that's what I got with Estes.

Fix & Flow is one of the most professional, high-quality plumbers that I've ever worked with. They were fast, responsive, knowledgeable, and took the time to not only do the repair, but help us think about plumbing issues that may arise in the next couple years.

The only downside is the adage of fast / quality / cheap - pick two. Fix & Flow is expensive...like very expensive. They do all the things to justify the price, but still. I might call again, but I'll also be a bit more discerning about the job & will also have other plumbers that I call first.

Cash Plumbing 24 hour service came to my home and handled our problem professionally and swiftly, Thomas got to the root of the problem within minutes, and he also directed us to a viable company to help us restore our damaged area. Before I forget; I want to thank Hillary at customer service for being so nice and helpful to us !!! I will definitely call upon Cash Plumbing again!

Brendon was thorough, timely and efficient. He did a number of small projects for us all in one day and did a great job. Will be calling him again for future repairs/help.

Oscar did a great job and did not stop until he found cause of the problem. Oscar and Zoom Drain are easy to work with.

Phil and his team fixed the leak in our basement. Phil was nice and courteous.

Excellent Customer experience

I wouldn't use them again for a project involving any indoor parts of the house- they just do not treat your house the way they would treat a house that has people living in.

They didn't use dropcloths when cutting open the ceiling and removing pipes with caked on sewage, left drywall dust everywhere, left the doors wide open to let bugs in and AC out even when we asked them not to (Dennis said I'll ask them to shut doors but I don't have control over what my workers do). They were delayed repeatedly such that our ceiling was left open for over 2 months for what was supposed to be work done on 3 different days. At the end of the work, they didn't put my oven all the way back in place until I specifically asked. They cracked the cooktop surface on my oven and the frame around my microwave and didn't respond when I pointed this out to them. I'm still cleaning up drywall dust months later. Oh, and the smell that was the original reason for the project is still not fully resolved.

They seemed really capable and knowledgeable on the front end, but now I'm out thousands of dollars with a big mess to clean up.
