Friendly people great service

Service was mediocre, not impressed. I was trying to troubleshoot why a new AC install (the install was not by Estes) was not cooling the house. Estes person spent about 10 min checking a few things, said the filter needed to be changed, and charged $80 for the visit. I changed the filter but the problem persisted. So I called another hvac professional who actually did a very thorough check of the system and was able to identify the problem with the hvac install.

If I could give Brendon 100 stars I would! We needed help setting up a showroom and temporary booth at the AmericasMart building and he showed up with all the tools and know how to make our projects seamless and exactly the way we wanted it. He is our go to every time we are in town for market. He is beyond professional and makes me feel that no matter what comes up, he can make it work!

Poor Quality work.

Showed up on time and quickly fixed one of the issues we were dealing and assessed a second one. Quick, professional, and friendly —cannot recommend highly enough!

New pine straw rolls a great idea

I wouldn't use them again for a project involving any indoor parts of the house- they just do not treat your house the way they would treat a house that has people living in.

They didn't use dropcloths when cutting open the ceiling and removing pipes with caked on sewage, left drywall dust everywhere, left the doors wide open to let bugs in and AC out even when we asked them not to (Dennis said I'll ask them to shut doors but I don't have control over what my workers do). They were delayed repeatedly such that our ceiling was left open for over 2 months for what was supposed to be work done on 3 different days. At the end of the work, they didn't put my oven all the way back in place until I specifically asked. They cracked the cooktop surface on my oven and the frame around my microwave and didn't respond when I pointed this out to them. I'm still cleaning up drywall dust months later. Oh, and the smell that was the original reason for the project is still not fully resolved.

They seemed really capable and knowledgeable on the front end, but now I'm out thousands of dollars with a big mess to clean up.
