Living in a home for 20 years creates lots of relationships with services like J.W. Ayers. We have appreciated the specialized fixture knowledge that Hubie brings to diagnose and efficiently maintain our plumbing system. Joann runs a responsive office too. Grateful for local plumbers that keep our flow going and going.

I set an appointment 3 weeks in advance with a window of 11am-3pm on a Monday. That Monday morning I called them at 9:30am to ensure that the appointment was still set.Around 1:30pm they called me to tell me they wouldn't be able to make it and wanted me to reschedule. I let them know that I'm not currently living in the condo, and that I had taken off work and driven an hour to be here. I asked if they could make it later in the day. She said she'd try to find someone to come out.They called at 3:30pm and told me they had to cancel. They wanted to reschedule but I told them no thanks.Sadly, this was the last day I could take off work for a while. So thanks to Delta Plumbing, I'll be putting off moving into my new condo.

Fix and Flow Plumbing continues to take care of our plumbing needs. We found water stains on a ceiling, indicating a leak in the bathroom above it. Scheduling was quick and easy. Once the appointment was scheduled, I received a text message with the appointment details. The day of the appointment, I received a message telling me my technician, Anthony was on his way. Fix and Flow Plumbing has this awesome system where you receive a text with a photo of your technician in the company van and a link to track where they are in route. Anthony was ready to go when he arrived and listened to my explanation of the issue; he quickly identified the issue and told me what was needed and how much it would cost. Anthony was respectful of our home and wore shoe covers when he came inside. He also left the area clean - possibly cleaner than he found it! I have full confidence in recommending this company to others and will keep Fix and Flow Plumbing saved in my contacts for future needs.

Installer was smoking in my crawlspace while installing gas furnace and appeared under the influence. I don't believe their technicians are drug tested or background checked. This is a scam operation. Steve Malone is a smooth talker and seems easy to trust until you realize how much you overpaid for poor work. Do not hire. Absolutely do NOT hire.

I heard that they’re good and we scheduled an 8am appointment to fix a broken sink but they didn’t show. :(
We called at 8:45 and was told it would be at least another hour.
Guess they’re too busy for new customers.
Sucks when you’ve arranged the whole week’s schedule to be home!
