Fantastic, friendly service from Todd and Dylan. I had the septic tank access that the last service used to pump out my tank exposed so that they could get to it easier. They told me that this small access port the previous service used was behind a baffle and could not effectively clear the tank. In other words, the previous guy ripped me off. They broke out the shovels and got to the middle port at no extra charge. Because the previous guy didn't do his job they had to work twice as hard. They could have fooled me like the other guy did, but they didn't. They were friendly, hard-working, and honest. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Elijah was very knowledgeable and professional, came quickly, cleared the clog and walked us through the process of what measures needed to be taken. He was patient with all our questions and pleasant in spite of a messy and frustrating situation.

Used Selfco’s Septic because He responded immediately to my emergent need of septic/sewage backup and repair. (I had called about 10 other ppl prior just going thru google search and kept getting answering services and blown off) He came out within a cpl hrs. He was honest, upfront, and answered all my questions. He kept me updated and informed of what was going on thru the entire process. As stressful of an experience septic backup is, I felt a huge relief of anxiety and stress dealing with Selfco and his team. He made everything easy! Have already recommended him to a friend and will continue to recommend!
