Best Electric Hot Water Repair in Atlanta GA

I had a leak from my water pipe. I tried to do it myself but it got worse by the minute. I called Ridgeway Mechanical and they were at my house in less than an hour. They fixed it quickly and gave me some tips on things to look out for. Don’t know how they do it, but they are fast and efficient.

They were unorganized and very unprofessional. Two workers showed up an 1 hour and 15 minutes later. No apologize!
They had no job id's and we were not notify by owner he would not show uo. After informing on phone he would show up. This company missed the first appointment because he had forgot and suggested he was poorly organized. Because he missed the first appointment he said he would take 25.00 of the original price 1 198.00 10 year qua
Warranty.
I asked the two workers at the door for the invoice and what was the price discussed with owner. His answer the invoice is in the van. His next question....what was the price the owner discussed with you i an sure it is the same.
No thank you your service is not needed. Personally, I thought they were casing my home.
Make sure the owner tells you who.is coming to do the work with ids and uniforms

I had set up an appointment for Saturday afternoon and received a text saying someone would be out between 1:30-3:30pm. When 5pm came around and still nobody from G Force plumbing had been out to my house, I placed a call to their scheduling department. I received a call back from Technician letting me know that they couldn’t come out that day as it was too late but would be there first thing in the morning. You guessed it..nobody came out in the morning...

Update - just received my annual check up for my heating system. The technician was thorough, timely and personable. No complaints!RS Andrews installed a new heating and a/c system. The technicians adhered to COVID safety protocol. They were friendly and informative. They worked efficiently and the work was completed per their estimated time frame. They made sure that I was trained on the usage of my new equipment! There was nothing for me to clean up or dispose of when they were done. Nothing to do but enjoy my new system!

Please do not do business with this company! The level of unprofessional is some of the worst I’ve ever experienced. They will take your money as someone as stated and you will not get a response.
