Carl and Stephanie came a day earlier than expected and fixed the entire pipe situation so I now have water. This is the day after Christmas 2022 and the county is covered with broken pipes. They texted me back on Christmas (!) which helped calm the nerves after the water problems that afternoon.

I scheduled an appointment to get an estimate on replacing my sewer line at my home. The next day, I called back to inquire about the years experience of the plumber that was assigned to do the job since it is considered to be a major job. The receptionist could not answer the question, so she put the manager/owner on the phone. He told me that I was asking a very odd question, and that he would not have sent a plumber out on the job if he was not experienced. He felt insulted that I would ask such a question. I told him that he was being very unprofessional, and I thought it was a very valid question. If other plumbing companies had no problems when potential customers inquire about references or experience of potential contractors , why should he? I told him to have a good day and ended the call. If you don't have anything to hide, then you should be happy to share the credentials of your staff. I hope this helps potential customers seeking plumbing services.

Plumb Works has been my plumber since 2004. They have always done quality work at reasonable prices. Today I had an emergency plumbing backup in my house and when I called all the plumbers were out and I was put on standby for possible after hour service. Leslie checked in and saw my emergency request and told the dispatcher she would handle the emergency call first as she just had routine plumbing jobs that were not emergencies. She called me within 20 minutes and came down and quickly diagnosed the problem as a grease stoppage. She cleaned out the pipes and told me about a Bioenzyme to use in my kitchen sink to avoid future blockages. Great job Leslie!
