Alex Tech 781 came to my house on an emergency call. . H He showed up with in an hour of me contacting the office. He was very professional and knowledgeable for the task at hand. He explained every detail of what needed to be done. He had my problem fixed in last than an hour. I greatly appreciate the quick response and the professional manner in which he completed the job. Mike came and helped us with a leak under our kitchen sink today. It was tricky to find but he was super thorough diagnosing it and once he found it, already had replacement parts in his truck ready to go. Super friendly & knowledgeable.

We had a serious drain clog. We tried plunging and we tried baking soda/vinegar and it kept getting worse. We called Zippy Plumber and, because they couldn't send someone out immediately, they stayed on the phone to walk us through the steps to fix it ourselves. If we ever have a more serious plumbing problem, Zippy Plumber is the first one we would call.
