I have used Jack Dish multiple times now, and they are great. First, I had them come install toilets and sink fixtures during our home renovation, and recently I had them come to locate and fix a water leak in my laundry room. Kevin is who I always request when I call. He knows what he is doing and is so nice!

Sin City is amazing, and Randall was great. Came earlier than expected when a time slot opened up, and completed everything that needed to be done quickly and efficiently. Very friendly too.

I received referral to Mach 1 Plumbing from Moen Customer Service as authorised service provider for their products. I called and my message was promptly returned next morning - polite office manager took all the warranty info and gave me a time window of 3 hours and convenient date. Doug came exactly at 7 am with his son, and everything was installed in 10 min. I asked about the possible work to be done on older faucet and receive quotes and was presented with a good choice of potential replacement. Service was efficient and smooth. The whole experience was short of amazing - all things done well. Great experience - highly recommend to anyone who need quality service from trust worthy and pleasant people who stand by their work.

Service technician, Miguel, came to do the repair for a shower faucet handle that had no hot water. He was professional in every aspect! Wore face mask, shoe booties & well groomed. Very knowledgeable, respectful & awesome. From diagnosing the issue, explaining, repair & processing the payment, he was in and out within 25 minutes! Water Wise is a reliable company with affordable prices & they will communicate with you from day one through the day of service. Additional compliments to dispatcher, Rebecca! We called and they knew that it wasn't an emergency but still arrived the same day. They installed a soft water system and replaced a toilet and were the best plumbers we have ever used. We will definitely put on our list to call first when we need any sort of plumbing work.
