Best Duct Installation in Henderson NV

I had used Elite for jobs in the past and they were good until the this happened...A tech came to service our AC Unit and was fiddling with our electrical panel. As she was doing so, the lights in one of our rooms went out. She then proceeded to inform us that we would need an electrician to fix the initial problem with the AC unit. An electrician came out and solved our AC issue but now I'm stuck with a diagnostic bill to try to fix the lighting problem that Elites tech created. When I called to speak with a manager, he was smug and dismissive. With a straight face he told me it had to be a coincidence that our lights went out when his employee was messing with our electrical panel! This is laughable and a total attempt to skirt responsibility. This business is a joke and the way they treat customers is pathetic. I had plans to use them for regular services in future. Not any more.

Worked with Edie! She was so professional and cared about us! Super helpful! The cabinets are beautiful and we had no problems. Edie really knows what she is doing! Here is a before and after photo.

Would highly recommend. What made the experience even better was that he recommended contractors to assist with evaluating and fixing the water damage that occurred when our water heater broke. They came out the same day! This saved so much time, especially on a holiday weekend.

Had a condensation leak in my HVAC. Shaun was my service guy and came out the same day ahead of my scheduled service. Excellent work and service, he answered all my questions. Definitely would use Allstate again in the future. Job well done!

After 20-30 minutes of arrival, he explained to me in detail (with photos as a proof) of what he had discovered and how he could repair. Rene was personable and knowledgeable. Ricardo S. came by to perform a rejuvenation on our AC units. After his initial evaluation, he informed me of a part that needed replacing to keep one of our units running at optimal performance. He also inspected the ducting in the attic to be sure there were no leaks, and we weren’t cooling our attic. Ricardo was very knowledgeable and extremely professional. I made it a point to call Goettl and tell them of his performance.

Saturday evening, 7pm, 105 degrees outside, I called they sent a Technician, he diagnosed problem, had part on his truck. 2 hrs. later he was done!! Couldn’t say enough about the Technician, courtesy, efficient, polite, knowledgeable. Great Co. thanks for having that kind of service and great Tech’s!!
Did I mention Saturday night 7pm, 105 degrees and responds in 20 minutes!! I’d like to give them 6 stars!
And what about the price you ask? Well if you factor in the temperature & the day & the time, I’d say very reasonable!!

David was my technician and he was amazing. From the beginning he started by getting a clear understanding of my issue, and then went into details as to how he would fix the problem. He was very informative with everything. He walked me through steps as he was completing them. Once he was done, we then went over all the things he had done. I am definitely calling Best Air Conditioning and plumbing in the future if I have any future problems.

They were affordable for my budget. Easy to pay. Called before arriving. Very professional. Came out the next day.

AC technician arrived within the time frame and diagnosed that a capacitor has a short and replaced it with a new one, unfortunately the circuit breaker trips. He told us that he cannot continue to diagnose our ac unit until the circuit breaker is replaced by a qualified electrician. He also said that he has four more houses to check and there's no need to reschedule. An electrician came to diagnosed the problem and replaced a circuit breaker but the new circuit breaker trips again. I watched the electrician diagnostic procedure and all checks out good, continuity and voltage readings are there. Electrician said that the problem is in the ac wiring or maybe a a defective capacitor was installed causing the circuit breaker to trip.
