I learned about this company at Sam's club. Had them come out for a diagnosis and an estimate. They charged me for a service charge however after I called them back they kindly refunded me because the representative said it was free. Of course it should've been because there was no work performed.

Never came back to finish the job. I hired A-1 Action to fix a runny toilet. They said it was fixed and after they left I heard the toilet running again. I called and they said they would be back the next morning. I called them back and said how about in the afternoon. i had morning plans already. They never returned or called to reschedule. Yet they took my money!

Kurt did a great job with my toilet installation and the price was very reasonable.

Had them out to look at a reverse osmosis system that was not working and they offered great suggestions and options to take care of the issue. Very reasonable, professional and friendly. Highly recommend them!
