Rafi was fantastic! After 3 days of trying and failing to get toilet unclogged with a local handyman, I called Water Wise and Rafi came to my rescue. He was professional, clean & showed up early. We had an issue regarding not having hot water and pressure. Charlie and Jeremy came out and being as though we know nothing about plumbing...said the switch was off from a previous plumber who installed a garbage disposal and dishwasher. Easy fix just turn the switch on 🤦🏿‍♂️.They didn't want to charge us, but we compensated them for coming out. Lesson learned.
