Fast response, keep their appointment on time. Sends out text with picture of tech who is responding. Tech took extra time to find the actual problem.. This company is now in my contact list......first to call on my next problem.

The man that come to us was very kind, quick and helfule. Our A/C wouldn’t turn cold. We called last night at 11pm and they sent someone out by 9am the next morning (with the option of immediate night repair for an additional fee) He solved the issue in an hour for a very affordable rate. AC is blowing very cold now. Thank you!

I called the Climate Control Expert Office and was greed with a very polite office worker. I reported my problem of no hot water. Shortly after my call I received another call to inform me my technical was on the way to my house. Within one hour of my call Mr. Wayne came to my home. He was very friendly 😊 and started from the basics of trouble shooting my problem, less than five minute my problem was solved. He was very knowledgeable of my hot water heater system. This is the most professional, fast and experienced heating/AC company I have ever dealt with. I needed a natural gas grill connected to a a natural gas built in stub at a new build house. The tech was able to show up day of requested which was a huge plus. We ran into some trouble of making it all work even though it was an afternoon call but the tech Aaron Luna stayed late to make it right. Reasonably priced, would recommend.

We have used Alaskan multiple times over the last five years and they have provided us with excellent, professional and courteous service, every time. Our latest issue with our AC, one of their technician, Bogdan P, called to inform his eta, as promised, arrived on time, and inspected the AC Unit. Upon inspection, we had a blower motor issue and Bogdan asked about when the AC unit was installed, he stated the unit should still be under warranty, called the manufacturer and informed us that it was still under warranty. This was the second time we had a blower motor issue but another AC repair company told us it was not under warranty and we had to pay for the part (previous company lied to us). Bogdan went to pick up new motor but since it was not the original motor, the manufacturer would not take it back. Bogdan fought for us and got the new motor for us. Upon his return, he realized the brackets for the motor was missing and went back to the manufacturer a second time to get the brackets. Bogdan went above and beyond for us, fought for us, and replaced the motor as quickly as possible. He even called the next day to make sure there were no issues with the unit.
We highly recommend Alaskan and if anyone at Alaskan is reading this, Bogdan is a great asset to your company.

Once the service gent showed up ,he fixed the problem,we think .trying to get in touch even when there was an emergency ,wasn't possible. Finally the next day we got someone . Two days later tried our mightiest to get someone on the phone for a quick question couldn't even leave message as oth numbers said their message box is full???

If you're thinking of using this company for anything think twice. I had them estimate for what I needed and I about fell over backwards when the tech tells me my boss told me to discount your job, it will be $1950.00. Wow.....REALLY? Is that what its going to cost to move two A/C units 20 feet, with no obstruction of any kind, then put them back when the other part of the job is done. Needless to say, I had it done for $400.00 by a company that has been in business since 2000. Not just a fly-by-night company, they're on Angieslist and an A+ with BBB and not a RIPOFF. Run from #1 plumbing.
