Just had Antonio come to my home to fix a drain that a gallon of Drano couldn't take care of. He identified the culprit as a shredded magic eraser that went through the garbage disposal. Also gave tips on how to use a dishwasher most efficiently. Very helpful and pleasant to deal with!

I called them on Tuesday night. They gave me a 4 hour window for Wed between 4 to 8 pm. got a call at 9:30 pm saying that they have someone that can come out in 30 min. Kids were in bed and I said I'll call you in morning. Thursday morning call them at 7 am they said someone will be out between 10 and 2. The leak now destroying my wall at 11 am I called another plumbing company who is on their way. They get 1 star for not showing up... not sure how about their work!

I had Elite service my rental properties AC units last year and they did a pretty good job so I had them service them again this year. The Elite tech told me one of my AC units was leaking Freon and est cost $1,000 to fix it. He only checked the condenser fan current, but did not wash the condenser coils nor did he inspect the fan blower in the attic. And I never received a final inspection report for Elite.This was very surprising as in the past all the AC techs as part of the contract AC service did all of cleaning and inspection listed above. And I always got a final inspection report.So, I got another AC company to inspect the same AC units and they said the Freon pressure was fine. No Leaks! Needless to say I cancelled my contract with Elite and found a more reliable HVAC company. Also, when I mentioned the poor quality of service of their tech they didn't seem to care.Bottom line, no matter how good the HVAC company 'online ratings' are, if they quote you an expensive AC repair- always get a second opinion! I'm starting to believe that its the quality of the tech that happens to service your HVAC units as to the quality of service you receive...

Excellent service from Jennifer over the phone, and then Joey, who stopped by to assess our problem. Turns out it was not a plumbing problem but an issue with our irrigation system, which Joey was able to fix anyway. Very reasonable charge, too. We would definitely use this service again!

Wouldn’t call anyone else! Doug did an amazing job for us. He came to our house after we were having problems contacting every company to come out for days. We had no hot water and Doug went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. The best in town!

I was worried when I saw the AHS-related reviews that we would get some sort of run around but so far this company has provided excellent service. They repaired the air gap that was spurting water when we ran the dishwasher and they fixed a faucet that was not quite right. We are waiting for them to install a new faucet in our bar sink as well. So far so good and I liked the plumber, Curtis, who has been handling our case. He has done a good job with what he has fixed so far. Hopefully the rest of the repair goes off without a hitch! We will definitely call this company when we ditch the AHS policy.

We had an RO system and water softener installed by Danny. He was informative along the way. He does clean work and double checks to make sure all is done top notch.
