I hadn't read the ROOTER RANGER Yelp reviews before I called them since I was in a crisis mode and in a hurry. I totally lucked out, apparently, when TYLER arrived (TYLER's reviews are stellar and well deserved). It was a Saturday and the company was very busy. TYLER continued to keep me informed of the delays and promised that no matter what time of day, he would get to my house and see what could be done. He had worked since dawn but got to my house late evening and with his calming personality, assured me that I had called the right company. The issues could not be fixed that night but TYLER promised he would be at my home first thing in the morning. And he was. His supervisor arrived to survey the issues and give an estimate. Plumbing estimates, much like car repair estimates, are never what a person wants to hear, and although the amount was equal to the amount of work it would take to complete the needed repairs, it was still worrisome. TYLER sensed my dismay and went over every aspect of what would need to be done and was amazingly empathetic and sincere in his efforts to show that he really cared about customer needs.
The job was much more complicated than expected but TYLER continued to show professional and personal integrity. When the job was completed I felt totally satisfied. Thank You TYLER ( I hope the ROOTER RANGER 'boss's take note of your reviews. They show a great work ethic for such a young man

Kitchen sink clogged, store liquid plumber can’t fix. Chad technician plumber did a great job. Very professional, called to come earlier than scheduled appointment since running ahead of schedule. Chad explained all he was doing and even helped on a few general question as a 1st time home owner. Price is comparable to other Plumbing companies. Great experience, would recommend, a a to big projects or problems not yet. But if needed will call them back for their services

New Halo and reverse osmosis water treatment system was installed and old water softener removed.

I needed my water connected to my refrigerator. I called Anytime and received service the same day. I received an estimate to detect and fix a foundation leak, for almost $3000. Most fortunately I found the phone number for ACTION PLUMBING. Kevin took much more time to examine and explain the problem and the solution. He quoted me a little more than half the previous estimate. Magical MARIO appeared exactly on time. He explained why and what he was going to do and proceeded with his magic. He came back the next morning to correct something a previous plumber had done. As long as I live in Vegas, ACTION is my plumber.

Had an outdoor valve rupture and had to turn the entire house water supply off. Had repair out to us in less than an hour and got us all fixed up right away. Very responsive and professional. Definitely recommend then highly!

After appointment is made I am updated regularly. When the service tech arrived he started working on the problem immediately. Cleared the main sewer drain and discussed all his findings with me. Pure Plumbings professionalism, and service start from the first call to the completion of the work. They freely impart knowledge for prevention and maintenance of the work done.
