We called because our water heater leaked, and well, was terribly out of date + code. They send out a gentleman by the name off Gabriel. I have to say this was the best experience I have had in a very long time. Gabriel explained everything well, easy for me to understand, thus I learned allot from Gabriel today. What a day to experience a problem with your plumbing. We needed a plumber to come over quick to fix a pipe in our master bathroom. I called Elite and they said someone would be out in 30 minutes or less. They came quick and my bathroom is in working order again. Price seemed reasonable and I would recommend them to others.

As a Realtor, I am regularly asked by clients for recommendations to service providers in all the trades. As a homeowner myself, I just had the MOST AMAZING EXPERIENCE with the replacement of my water heater from Sam at Sin City Plumbing. I would like to give him 10 stars for his professional service, professional and pleasant attitude and the extra effort he made to be sure I was satisfied with the work.

When I arrived to my garage on Friday evening to an inch of water everywhere, it was apparent the water heater was done, gonzo, over and out! Of course, it’s the weekend. After being run around until Monday night by another company, I was referred to Sin City. On Tuesday at 9 was the first call and by noon I had a new water heater and no worries! And, this was not going to happen with the other company!!!

Sam called when he was on his way, got here promptly, diagnosed, got approvals and installed in less than 90 mins. And with a smile and a sense of humor. I’m so grateful.

Thank you to Sam and Sin City!!! I have my new resource for plumbing issues! And- hot showers!

I have used this company on two occasions first of all the office manager may be the most unfriendly person I've ever talk to you secondly I had to call them back to fix what was originally fixed which they claim or two separate issues both pipes are connected to one another and the plumber made the comment that somebody previous to that had placed silicone in the pipe to stop it from leaking when I tried to address that with the office manager I was told it was two separate issues which I am almost 100% sure it is it do not use this company that is my opinion I don't feel they are above board at all

i have had the worst experience ever with this company i was referred to them from my home warranty company. fist off they showed up late in the evening after the appointment was between 2-3 pm only to tell me that there is nothing we can do too bad we will have to handle it tomorrow. ok i will live with that but the next day they came and disconnected my old water heater and then said we don't have the parts to install the new one. You will have no water until tomorrow and we will come in the morning. they showed up 3 pm. i had to take my expecting wife to a hotel which made it very inconvenient. after coming the following day they installed a pipe then said wait a few hours it will fill up and will work . well to my surprise i have hot water but i have zero water pressure so we are still unable to stay at home yet again. This has been the worst experience i wouldn't recommend them to anyone. they clearly don’t t care for your time nor do they stand behind there work. i wanna point out the disaster they made in the process they didn't clean anything up behind themselves leaving metal shavings broken pipes screws ect all around pretty disgusting that the quality of work is so bad.

Ryan F. was a very courteous, takes pride in his work. He explained how my toilet works, what kind of troubleshooting was needed. The auger was used without making a mess. And replacing the flapper in the tank was included. Very good service.

They were so amazing. I told them I had a husky and he couldnt take the heat when my ac went out. They said We're on it and they were out and had me putting on a jacket within the hour. Jack was my technician and he did a fantastic job and they did pull badly scams like many companies do. A+++ I will go through them again

The price was very reasonable. they were friendly and explained everything . I would not hesitate in calling them for any plumbing problem. I highly recommend them.

Quick response but prices are way off from competitors was told 6-8k and next plumbing company provided full estimate for 2400. I understand paying for what you get but a 100% jump is a big jump for quality.

Service Plus Plumbing came out to my house twice for two separate plumbing issues. Chris was amazing at taking care of both problems we had. He was so professional, careful, and informative. Most of all, he was transparent in everything he did. It was one of the best experiences I ever had of a technician coming to my home. I can't recommend Chris and Service Plus Plumbing more! They are the best in the valley.

I was pleasantly surprised -Israel was professional and thorough, he explained what needed to be done and finished the job on time. Considering that the last plumber I called left everything a mess Israel ensured that he left everything clean and tidy. He earned my business - I will be calling ASG whenever I need a reliable plumber!
