We had an emergency situation that needed to be fixed ASAP,I called precision early morning even before they were actually opened and Luis assured me that we would have a plumber here within 2 hours,David came by and fixed our problem with a quickness, He was very cool,Answered all my questions and Didn't mind me watching him repair the problem so I could know how to do it myself in the future Lol.I would reccomend this company to anyone!

We had two scary quotes from two other companies to redo all the pipes in our house, my mom had used Adaven before so we called them for a third opinion. They gave us a much more reasonable price, were extremely friendly and professional, and we had hot water back on (and safer, more quality pipes) in no time. I want everyone I know, and don’t know, to use them.

They were the perfect fit for my system's needs.

Very timely & clean. I was a bit annoyed the service tech received approval for the service call and fee ($149) just to come to the house, diagnose the issue and then tell me he can’t do anything without additional approval directly from the homeowner. When I asked if he told the landlord this when he got the first approval he said he should already know. So I asked again if he actually told the landlord or reminded him of there being a 2nd approval required and he stated he didn’t. I called and texted and luckily my landlord answered and gave the second approval. So the tech replaces the cartridge and THEN asks me to go outside to turn the water back on. Ummm, Sir for just under $400 you’d think the service tech who is replacing the cartridge in the shower would also be able to turn the water to the home back on. Esp. given I’m a single parent with two young minors (13 & 8 yrs old) sleeping in the home & it’s after 11pm.

Very professional. Finds a way to get any difficult task accomplished.
