The company sent out Austin. He was personable & professional.
The only downside is getting your kitchen drained cleaned out is

Action Plumbing team was AWESOME when needed them for a major sewer backup in one of our units. Myrna (office manager) was wonderfully responsive in getting all the moving parts scheduled and coordinated; Kevin (owner) was on top of the situation and made sure evidence was gathered to show that the issue was due to a common HOA pipe (so that the HOA could reimburse us for the cost of repairs); and Rocky (the thoughtful and great plumber) was literally in the trenches in 110 degree weather all day laying down new pipes so that we could move our tenants back into their home. We couldn't have done this job without your help and professionalism!!

Update. Carlos from their customer service called and I most say he was very professional and was a good listener. After the call I wished that the trust hadn’t been broken because the customer service is not bad. He was a great representative. If only the entire staff could be molded after him!!Call due to busted water heater. Home Depot Delta ended up installing it Goettl quote 10,500. Delta $1500 out the door!!Explained and asked if we could get one today. “Sure, you are a Sadie member we will place you on emergency, blah blah blah.Five minutes later I called back and spoke with Blake: Blake I’m wondering, in case your plumber doesn’t bring a water heater I like, if I buy one at Home Depot will you install? “Yes of course we do that all the time!” Awesome. Look forward to meeting your plumber later on.Four hours later plumber shows up but can not install mine because we need permits. Can not install the heater the plumber has in the van because plumber has a busted wrapped thumb. So there was NOTHING THE PLUMBER COULD DO BUT CHARGE $50.00!!! I called 911. I’ve been robbed. Not just the $50.00. They could have been forthcoming from the beginning, Instead they led me to believe they would fix the issue but in the end nothing happened except for getting ripped off!! I wonder how many naive people get taken advantage by these types of predatory businesses. They walk into a site and right away they are up selling and are quick to point out all that’s wrong and what a horrible disaster and it will be $10,000 tomorrow first thing, they were kind enough to offer financing!! GTFOOH!!!
