Called another company because the unit the yes guys put in 9 years ago failed. The fetch a tech guy was no tech! He's a salesman, that's all. Got a quote for $40,000 by the time it's paid off! Almost panicked and did it until two minutes of thinking. $40,000! Thieves.Got a fast response from Elite, Vince gave me several options and explained the ins and outs of every option.I can't recommend these guys high enough! Stay away from any company that can run radio every five minutes. The bigger they are the worse they are.Go Elite! It's worth it!

Excellent work and on time service

Good receptionists, but poor speed to get the job started. I waited 1 week to have my water heater replaced. The first day they made a decent excuse claiming that there was a family emergency. After that, it took 7 days to pick up the heater and install it. I was very easy at first with this company. They'll take advantage of your kindnesses, so be sure to be firm on them so they can make the job happen. They told me that they'd start at 8am this morning for sure. I'm sitting here at 3:48 pm watching them install the water heater. Seem like good guys, but being good and producing results in a timely manner are two different things. A company covering for it's employees is great. A company taking advantage of a customer is no excuse.

I had a non-emergency plumbing problem. The plumber was on time and courteous. He had the parts on hand and in less than hour had made the repairs. I was extremely impressed and happy with the service.

They attempted to repair AC. On Sun 8/23/20 our AC blower stopped working. Mon Ambient Edge Tech said blower motor was bad, replacement not available in town so they ordered one. Wed, tech installed new motor and it also would not operate. Tech said it must be the control board and they would try to find one. Late Thur, Ambient Edge said provided price for control board, but no est of time to install. Temp was over 100 degrees so we spent 3 nights in motel. Got another AC Co. to look at system and they rewired controls so AC would operate until permanent repairs can be made. Told Ambient Edge we would use second Co. for repairs and system upgrade.

Gy was very cool and straight out in details about everything. What needs to be done in the future and what is worth keeping and what needs to be changed. The guy was literally one hundred percent honest.Compared to others I've used that said I need to change this and that know.Thank you.

Poor customer service, shabby work, rude dispatcher. They have been to my home 3 times and have yet to fix the problem. I can change a fuse; I do not need to pay them to do it. I tried moving back my service appointment this morning a few hours due a family emergency and they wanted to charge me a $50 ‘reschedule fee’! What are they sending out, brain surgeons? I found a reputable service company which fixed the issue once and for all on the same day! As for the dispatcher, she must be related to the owner, because no employee could possibly be that rude and still have a job.

Scott from Vegas Strong Heating and Cooling displayed great professionalism. He meticulously inspected my AC unit and pinpointed the problem immediately. He provided efficacious HVAC service and also succinctly explained the issues of my AC system and how he repaired it as well. I commend Scott’s positive attitude and patience as he was upbeat while operating outside in 110 degree weather. Called for quote on complete system replacement. Representative Khoder Hachem what a great person to rep your company. he answered all questions in a professional manner . would I recommend Best A/C? Hell yeah

I hate to give a one star review but the professionalism of one of your employees really upset me. The confidentiality of your clients and should be priority as well, when you have an employee telling other business about other clients and causing drama this makes your company look bad and less referrals.

Once the service gent showed up ,he fixed the problem,we think .trying to get in touch even when there was an emergency ,wasn't possible. Finally the next day we got someone . Two days later tried our mightiest to get someone on the phone for a quick question couldn't even leave message as oth numbers said their message box is full???
