on Yelp! Received a very reasonable estimate from Anthony. A week later had him and Josue install a new toilet with a new angle stop valve & supply line in my guest bathroom! Had Anthony do a walk through of my home and look at other concerns that I had. Never tried to over sell me on work that was in question! After having another company try and blindside me. Very professional and honest!!! Look forward to using them again for my other two bathrooms & kitchen sink! Great job guy's!!!

I called at 3:30pm on Friday and Will was out by 6pm. He found the problem, explained what needed to be done to fix, and what parts he would have to locate before he could repair. To cut to the punchline, Will had our system up and running that night and made us feel like the company he represents really cares about resolving our problem on the spot as opposed to stretching out the repair like most companies try to do. These guys are awesome!

Matt was great. Came in, fixed the problem fast. No stress and everything is good.

My ac went out august 28. Which also happened to be one of the hottest days of the year. I reached out to several HVAC companies, but their prices are crazyyyy, despite of the crisis.. i came across allstate service group and decided to give me a call. Im very happy that i did reached out to them. I explained the situation and olga (owners wife) they will diagnose the issue and provide me with an estimate. Their employees arrive as schedules, diagnose the issue, clearly explained what needed to be done and provided me with an reasonable estimate. We scheduled a date for repairs and i was surprise, they do it sooo quick, with perfection and respect to other people. Our ac is working again, and it saved us money.

If you're looking for a reliable, honest HVAC company, the give allstate service group a call. Sasha and olga are great. They will not BS you. He lays out all your options, gives you the pros and cons of each, then let you decide on what's most suitable for you. I never got the impression that he was misleading me or trying to sell me. Most inportantly though, he genuinely care about his customers and what he does.. thank you again sasha and olga and the rest of the allstate service group team! God bless you more guys!!!

To get to the point, this company is awesome. I called them in as our previous heating system in our new to us home, filled half the house with smoke. After an hour or so with their tech, and learning the HVAC in the house was original equipment, ducting was shredded, and a number of other things, he called in their sales rep who came over on the spot.Hours of conversation ensued, and ultimately I ended up spending a ton of money with them, but I can assure you that does not always equate to excellent service. In this instance, every issue they discussed with us to justify their recommendations, they made sure to show us personally, including heading up to the roof (optionally, they offered pictures if I wasn't willing to climb) to evaluate the existing equipment. That type of transparency generally speaks volumes in situations such as this.We had two new HVAC units, and all of the attic ducting replaced as a part of this engagement. The installation teams were always pleasant and professional to work with. They had the units installed in a day, and worked until almost 8PM the next time installing ducting.Hearing the owner's story, the work ethic of himself and his teams, I'm glad I chose this group to do business with.

Woke up with no hot water. Pilot wouldn't light. First plumber I called said my water heater was old and recommended replacing for $1575. Called Active Plumbing and spoke with Carl. He said it's probably just a bad gas control valve. Danny showed up within and hour and replaced the valve and saved me hundreds! He also showed me how to flush the sediment out of the tank to prolong the life of my water heater. Great company! Highly recommended!

Ford was just here and was an excellent personable technician. Cleaned my kitchen sink drain and made some recommendations I joined the Sadie Club it was a great deal with all that it covers including my service for today. If all the technicians are like Ford it is a win win.

From the sales people to the installation we found that Best Air Conditioning was fast, professional and very organized. I would highly recommend them.

This company is a total scam. They have terrible customer service. The ladies who answer the phone go out of their way to be rude and unfriendly. They spend more effort in trying to not fix anything and charging you rather than just fixing the issue. Their routine is to say it is your home warranty comapny’s and not theirs. So they get paid without ever even coming out to your house. Avoid this company like the plauge

So impressed with this company! We had a leak in our front-yard and I called Jason because they were recommended by a neighbor. I was so happy with the fast response, honesty, integrity and prompt service! Highly, highly recommend! Even more so because the cost of the repair was one fifteenth of what the big name company sent by the home warranty quoted us!!

Outstanding service, polite and professional staff. Heater runs 10 minutes and shut off. At 10 am service man found problem quickly, needed new unit. Had new roof top unit installed and working by 3 pm.
Fine response.
