Horrible customer service. Technician was unprofessional and tried to charge my tenant the service fee instead of billing the company directly. Once tenant refused to pay, the technician left without giving her an update on the situation. No one from All State Service Group tried to contact our office for this service fee. My tenant has now been without hot water for over a week. I will not be using or recommending this service to my owners ever again as this is the second time I have an issue with this company. It seems all they care about is money. Shameful.

He was on time and communicated well. He had to get some parts from a hardware store and went into the attic for a bit. He asked where I wanted the lighting installed. We talked about options and he was easy to communicate with. Looks great and of course there’s way more light where it used to be dark. And he cleaned up after which I appreciated.
