Lifesaver! Came out in the middle of the night on the weekend. It was a couple bucks but way cheaper than what it could've been had a water leak not been stopped. Randall was super nice, friendly and helpful. So was the office staff who helped facilitate everything.

Helen, Jerry and their son are just quality folks. Helen always takes my call (or gets back quick) and is super responsive. Jerry shows up when he says he will (sometimes he's even early!) and is kind to my pets, kids and respectful of my home and time. We've had a ton of different things worked on and fixed by the Catania family (our home is 25-ish years old). They're professional, quick, and don't charge any more than they need to. I've had them give me a lower quote when they found that my plumbing problem wasn't as big as they'd initially though - that's great service! And they don't ever have to come back, because once they fix it - it stays fixed. I don't need to call anyone else for my plumbing problems. They're the real deal.

Ryan just finished installing a tankless water heating system and water purification unit with a beautiful faucet at my home. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional and works until the job is done... into the night and quick finish up the next day!!! Excellent, meticulous, craftsman!!! These gentlemen responded quickly. They arrived promptly and during that covid-19 they had masks gloves and booties for their shoes. They got the job done quickly and we're even able to repair something that was broken which, many a plumber would have said oh you need a new part. I highly recommend these guys! Good receptionists, but poor speed to get the job started. I waited 1 week to have my water heater replaced. The first day they made a decent excuse claiming that there was a family emergency. After that, it took 7 days to pick up the heater and install it. I was very easy at first with this company. They'll take advantage of your kindnesses, so be sure to be firm on them so they can make the job happen. They told me that they'd start at 8am this morning for sure. I'm sitting here at 3:48 pm watching them install the water heater. Seem like good guys, but being good and producing results in a timely manner are two different things. A company covering for it's employees is great. A company taking advantage of a customer is no excuse.

Requested an estimate on adding additional sink to master bathroom. An older man came over to take a look and I assume give me a estimate. However, no one ever called me back. Unreal!
