Was not on time and didn’t fix the pipe properly my water line was leaking causing a high in my water bill just before the leak itself it was at $300 now it is at When they “fixed it” my water bill is now $500 a month and rising

In mid May 2021 I had Catania install a Pelican Filter and Water Softener system in our home in Henderson. Helen recommended the Pelican system to me and Jerry did a beautiful installation. We are very pleased with the performance of the entire system. We no longer have the hard water stains on silverware or glasses in the dishwasher. The water tastes much better than prior to the installation. Thank you Helen and Jerry.

Mike T was on time, knowledgeable, and willing to answer all questions. Made a great suggestion that will help us prevent prevent the lint build up in our vent which in turn will extend the life of our unit and help prevent a potential fire hazard from occurring. We have been in our home for almost a year and we have a Koi pond we have tried many companies who work with Ponds and nobody has been able to fix this issue all they wanted was my business to clean the Koi pond. We got a few letters from the water company that their was a leak “this was their last letter” we have a huge backyard. I knew it was from the koi pond.and I start looking for plumbing companies they responded within minutes they had an appointment time within minutes and catered to my schedule. Joey came to my house listen to what I had to say then told me I’m going to search for all the leaks long story short Koi pond issue resolved water no longer leaking happy customer. Price was aford able compared to the fine I would receive from the city

I am so thankful for Code Red and their plumber Jaime. We had our toilets back up at our church and I immediately called for service. They were able to have someone out (Jaime) within an hour. Jaime was professional. He took the time to explain what was going on and was able to look at a couple of other items that could use attention and suggested how I could repair them without a huge cost. Ultimately, the toilets and sewage line was unclogged. I got a good scope of what our lines look like and what to do to prevent future issues. The services was top notch and honest. There was no trying to see me something I didn't need. I would definitely use them again and recommend their services to others!

Had a water leak inside wall of shower at the faucet in upstairs master bathroom. It leaked causing damage below to ceiling of kitchen. Was supposed to be fixed Friday before the long Labor Day weekend, but I was told if they got into the job and found something else that they wouldn’t be able to get the necessary parts and that my water would be completely shut off to the house the entire weekend. So made an appointment for Wednesday morning 9-11. THEY TOTALLY BLEW ME OFF!!!! It is now 3pm on Wednesday, after arranging for someone to miss a days work (lost wages) to be their for Ace Services for an appointment, ONLY TO BE BLOWN OFF!!!!!! And when I called they had no answer why I was forgotten or better yet, BLOWN OFF!!!! Inexcusable!!!! Non professional!!!! How does a sketchy company like this stay in business??? Because the Property Management Company’s hire the CHEAPEST, BOTTOM OF THE BARREL COMPANIES TO DO THEIR WORK!!! THEY DON’T CARE HOW BAD OR INCOMPETENT THEY ARE, JUST THAT THEY ARE CHEAPER. If I was a home owner, and had a choice as to who i would have fix my water leak it sure would not be Ace!!! What a joke!!! Do yourself a favor and avoid the unnecessary aggravation.
