Plumbing service is good but don't Recamend working there. Pay never stays the same for a 40 hour work weekamong other issues there.

Jr showed compassion with my situation. He addressed my issues with the up most respect. I lost my job due too the Covid pandemic, I don’t have the funds for the repairs and he was very sympathetic toward my issues. Thank you Jr. your truly appreciated.

Was not on time and didn’t fix the pipe properly my water line was leaking causing a high in my water bill just before the leak itself it was at $300 now it is at When they “fixed it” my water bill is now $500 a month and rising

So my AC system froze - dirty air filter. Anthony came and identified the problem. He was professional, courteous and Friendly!I’ve been a customer for over 10 years. I called for service on two air ducts that are not providing air. One in my kitchen one in my upstairs guest room. I also wanted a price on moving the register where the air filter goes. When the service person Kurt arrived he had no ladder to get into my attic to look at the ducts and he knew nothing about the register. And didn’t seem to know anything about the ducts. I had to provide the ladder. I had taken majority of my clothes out of the closet and covered the rest in preparation of Kurt going into my attic. He seemed bewildered when I told him why he was here. I asked him straight out do you even know why you’re here? He never really answered. So he climbed the ladder, stood on the 3rd rung, never went into the attic. Looked around came down. Never went to where the air ducts were (which could possibly just have shifted). Told me to move the register would be about $1300 to $ 1400. I said which is it? He then went outside and checked my unit to make sure it was winterized. I have called at least 5 times in the last two weeks asking to speak to Nick the Manager. I spoke with Shannon, Sharon, Kendal, and James and I’ve left messages. I was told each time Nick would get back to. Every time I call he’s not available or out of town. Today I said he’s always out of town. I was told; “yes it’s our slow season”. Kurt advised me that I would need to installed equipment to rezone my air conditioner. And, it would cost me $2400 to $2500 Really?? All this without even going into my attic where the air conditioner and air ducts are located. I’m so frustrated.

Great experience and very pleasant. Dan was attentive and smiling which always makes for a more pleasant experience. We tend to always have loyalty to services we appreciate and remain loyal to Jack Dish Plumbing due to the personal experience with Dan H.

Helen, Jerry and their son are just quality folks. Helen always takes my call (or gets back quick) and is super responsive. Jerry shows up when he says he will (sometimes he's even early!) and is kind to my pets, kids and respectful of my home and time. We've had a ton of different things worked on and fixed by the Catania family (our home is 25-ish years old). They're professional, quick, and don't charge any more than they need to. I've had them give me a lower quote when they found that my plumbing problem wasn't as big as they'd initially though - that's great service! And they don't ever have to come back, because once they fix it - it stays fixed. I don't need to call anyone else for my plumbing problems. They're the real deal.

Once the service gent showed up ,he fixed the problem,we think .trying to get in touch even when there was an emergency ,wasn't possible. Finally the next day we got someone . Two days later tried our mightiest to get someone on the phone for a quick question couldn't even leave message as oth numbers said their message box is full???

Had a leak that had been plaguing me for months, on again off again type. Handyman had been troubleshooting it costing $$$ on unnecessary repairs. Started calling plumbing companies, sent one out the door for wanting big bucks for something already tried.
Found Ace Services...came out same day at scheduled time. Actually listened to all that had been tried and found the problem quickly.
It was a difficult repair in a hard to get to place.
Russ worked diligently for hours, never complaining. The final bill was more than fair. I expected to pay much more. Can’t say enough good things about this company. Thank you again and again.
