5 star service!!! We had a plumbing leak in our toilet due to a bad installation, spoke to Casie and got someone out the next day. They sent the technician Anthony out and he was very kind and courteous. Everything was done professionally and fairly quickly. Called to make a payment over the phone and they also offer online payments, Tori from accounting sent me the link and I was beyond pleased!! Easy & stress free

Miguel from All-State replaced the water softener system under my kitchen sink in March 2022, dispatched from my home warranty company, Landmark. (I also paid another $65 for Miguel to do a pre-season AC system check, and I later found that the downstairs thermostat had disconnected wiring.) After Miguel left, I found that my garbage disposer had no power, same with the dishwasher, the plumbing under the kitchen sink was leaking, the fridge had no water, and stopped making ice. I paid another $65 for a service call, and Miguel came back, then left after 5 minutes. I later noticed a funky smell, and found the water softener canister sitting in a puddle of water, and my kitchen cupboards rotting. After another $65 for a 2nd opinion, and $65 for a 3rd opinion with the home warranty company, both technicians determined that the installation was faulty. Still no icemaker/water on the fridge, still leaking pipes, and I have 4+ months of water damage in my kitchen... All-State says it's Landmark's problem, and vice versa. July, and it's still not repaired. I wouldn't trust All-State to screw in a light bulb. If they ever take care of this repair and do it right, I'll revise my review, but until then, set fire to your money, and you'll be ahead.

On 26 Oct 2017 a plumber sent over was very friendly and seems very knowledgeable. We found out by several other plumbers that you should never touch the maniblock part of the plumbing, which John did, Plumbing Solutions of Nevada. It is now dripping/ leaking and we have contacted the business 3 times and have not heard back from John. We hired another plumber. I would like to know how Plumbing Solutions of Nevada is going to rectify this. I will contact Channel 13 Investigates if we don't hear back this today.

Had problems with other plumbers but they came quick and really fixed my piping from pvc to copper it's much nicer and stronger pvc kept leaking !

LIARS. ZERO STARS. GEORGE was our liar... I mean, tech. These people are crooks. There is reason why home warranty companies use this awful company, they will LIE and try to pin the blame on anything they can to save the Home Warranty company money. It's OK though, we got it all worked out w/another company and it was painless. The owner did have to come out of pocket, but at least it was done correctly.I'm SO glad our landlord didn't listen to their BS and found a real plumbing company to fix our issue. The home warranty sent this joke to our house to assess a leak. They were on time, that's really the only good thing I can say about them. They said there was mold, and they needed to have their abatement team come out the next day, no big deal, and in the meantime they would cap the leaking pipe. I don't know what pipe they capped, but it wasn't the leaking one. We had to have another plumber fix that TOO. We continued to have flooding for several more days, proving they capped the wrong pipe. Even their own mold people said something about it not being done right the next day. Anyway, their assessment came back the it was MY washer causing the leak. Well, thankfully my landlord had some sense, and since none of the other legitimate plumbers that came to provide a quote said anything about my washer, she declined their services/scope and moved on.REAL CAUSE: It ended up being the pipe connected to the hot water heater, underground. Absolutely NOTHING to do with my washer. Even after I explained that our washer had not been used in nearly a week, they were satisfied with their findings. This is why home warranty companies use this awful company, they will LIE and try to pin the blame on anything they can to save the Home Warranty company money. It's OK though, we got it all worked out w/another company and it was painless.Also, since I see the owner likes to engage w/the reviewers, I have 3 quotes from other plumbers to dispute your findings. You have our contact info on file, I'm sure with some deductive reasoning you would be able to determine which client I am.

Great company! Had an issue with work they did. The issue caused some damage. Not only did they fix the issue they fixed the damage. I will always use Blue Apple Electric! They operate the right way and do business the right way. Without question use them! Everyone makes mistakes. It is what you do after the mistake that make the difference.
