I used to do HVAC repair more than 10 years ago. I knew what was going to be required but did not have access to wholesale parts / tools required to do the job myself.Scott @Vegas Strong HVAC did not know this. He was knowledgeable and punctual. The pricing was well below what I was expecting them to charge, well below what most would have charged. The part he said needed replacing was exactly what I anticipated. There was no, “Well, we found a, b, and c needed fixing too”. I have only used them once on the residential side. They will now be used on the commercial side for the 5 hotels we manage.There are many shady HVAC companies here in Vegas that will insist you replace expensive parts when cheaper components will solve the problem.Vegas Strong is not one of them, and they will continue to get our business moving forward.

We recently had a PureAir air purification system installed as I was having real problems breathing and being even simple tasks without having to sit down and catch my breath. Within 4 hrs of install, I could feel a difference in the air--I wasn't having as much trouble breathing nor did I feel like I had to sit down every 5 minutes while I was trying to do a simple task. It has now been 2 weeks since the installation & I no longer need either of my inhalers, I can breathe & laugh without coughing my head off and the air smells cleaner, fresher and feels lighter. I know this sounds too good to be true, but it is a fact. I can not wait until I go see my lung Dr. again so that he can see the difference in me! It is a miracle!! Thank you all so much. The most helpful , informative and friendly people you will ever find to work with. I will use this company for all my heating and air conditioning concerns from now on. Thanks again.

Once the service gent showed up ,he fixed the problem,we think .trying to get in touch even when there was an emergency ,wasn't possible. Finally the next day we got someone . Two days later tried our mightiest to get someone on the phone for a quick question couldn't even leave message as oth numbers said their message box is full???

Ideal services was sent to me by my home warranty company to unclog 2 sinks and a toilet. I talked with them the same day as the claim and they came out the very next day on time. The plumber Dwyane was very professional and friendly. He wore a mask and gloves and explained each step of the work he performed. He fixed all of my plumbing issues and left the area clean. Dwyane is a good representative for this company and I highly recommend Ideal Services.

We woke up this morning to find the contents of out 75 gal. water heater on our garage floor. We called several “emergency” plumbers but no one could help.
