Travis Mangrum was one of my installers here in Kingman Arizona. He went above and beyond his job to help take care of our family's needs. Great team, smiling faces, and even though they were working in the grueling heat, crawling under my home, getting covered in insulation... Not once did he complain or even lose his smile. Called Anytime Plumbing and they came out the same day, within a few hours. Francisco explained to me what needed to be done and why. Had him do the repairs. He was professional, quick and efficient.

Be very wary of this company - I ONLY POSTED 1 STAR BECAUSE YOU CAN'T POST UNLESS YOU GIVE AT LEAST ONE, I WOULD GIVE A -5 STARS IF ALLOWED. They prey on the elderly. My 85 year old mother's air conditioning went out this week during the 118 degree heat wave and told her it would cost $9000 to replace her unit and were charging her obscene interest to finance the a/c.

When I called to cancel the agreement, the next day (the agreement allows 5 business days to cancel) Raul was rude and wanted to know the reason why in a very unprofessional tone. I explained it was too expensive and asked if a letter was necessary. He said yes.

The following day, before 8:00 a.m. Chad was calling my mother to try to get her not to cancel the contract. My 85 year mother referred him to my brother, a Senior Project Manager with a well known, high end residential builder here in town with a 45+ years experience in construction at all levels. Chad spent 20 minutes insulting my brother saying Are you one of those blow and go guys who doesn't care about the quality of product put in your home. It was beyond insulting, there are no further words for his insults and unprofessional behavior. Chad then called my mother again trying to get her to fulfill the contract agreement.

After harassing my mother twice and insulting my brother, I called Chad who told me to call the office. The office then told me I had to speak to Chad -- I informed them to stop harassing my elderly parent or I would have legal counsel contact them as well as notify the Attorney Generals office.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - THEY ARE HARASSING THE ELDERLY!!

Amazing company. Same day service, diagnosed and fixed our plumbing issue right away. Mike was very professional and super friendly. I won’t go anywhere else for plumbing/air conditioning needs. Have used them many times and always get the greatest service.

DO NOT use these guys for Nest products. They are supposed to be Nest Pros. This guy walks into my house, Literally just looks at my Nest Thermostat and tell me its bad, without even touching it. I explained what the Nest Senior Agent told me to tell him what he should look into. He looked at me again and said, Nope, if the wires are hooked up right. The Nest is bad Then he asked me if I would google the error my nest is giving and print it out for him before he left? He charged me $50 for looking at my wall and leaving. Called Nest back after he walked out, they said I have to get someone else who will look into the issue that I explained to the YES serviceman that refused to do it. If I could give 0 stars I would have.
