Not sure which of these guys was actually in my apartment, the apartment complex granted them access while I wasn't home, but someone really did steal my last black and mild.It is highly annoying to come home after ten plus hours of volunteering with the desire to just take a long drag off of your last smoke that you'd been waiting to smoke all day, only to find that some douche that has absolutely no integrity has committed petty theft in your home. I'm annoyed as *explicative* that because I've just moved into my apartment have have yet to finish inpacking and cannot know just yet what else may be missing.

We had problems with our water heater that was under warranty and while waiting for the warranty to go through left us 6 days without hot water:/ (cold sink baths are not fun:/) as late in the day as it was we appreciated Vrassimir and Eric coming out and rigging the ranks so we could have hot water until the other tank could be replaced. We also appreciate Karina texting us, keeping us up to date when the techs were on their way and including a link to track their whereabouts so we knew when to expect them. It has been frustrating having 2 water heaters replaced and having manufacturing issues with 2 of them in the last month, especially with kids in the house. But working with Allstate has taken the anxiety level down a few notches with their efforts to make sure we are taken care of. We feel like we talked to and seen them so much they are almost like an extended family! Lol
We would to thank Vrassimir, Eric, Alex, Vladimir, Karina, Steve & Jazelle for all your help and making us feel like VIP clients.

Mike and Sean did an awesome job replacing our crumbling main shut-off valve. While here they discovered a leak in our water heater’s gas line. We would not have known this without having their expertise on site to help diagnose the issue. Thank you so much!

Nick at True Drain and Rooter is a very friendly, professional and conscientious gentleman. He did an excellent job replacing our kitchen faucet and garbage disposal. We highly recommend him and will call him for future repairs.
