Called the plumbing company from our church bulletin as we just came back from a month vacation and had a letter from water authority regarding a water leak. The company responded immediately and after only three days we now have water in the house. I can’t put into words the beautiful job they did in our front yard. I would highly recommend this company —Adaven Plumbing.

If I could give this company 10 stars I would! I had a leak in my condo and it was leaking into my neighbors condo underneath us. Not only was Helen knowledgeable but also very helpful! She had someone out there immediately to diagnose the situation. Her plumber found the cracked pipe and was able to resolve it in a day. She’s worked with me sending all the info to my warranty company and answering all of my questions. She helped me schedule with my tenants and neighbor downstairs. They were literally life savors! We had had another company that my warranty company suggested and they were the absolute worst so we were so ecstatic that Helen was able to help us out. I highly recommend them to anyone for a true diagnostic and resolution without getting ripped off. Thank you again Catania and Son!

Jason returned my call right away after my water heater burst. Wayne and Anthony really went above and beyond to get a replacement water heater and new fittings, very professional.

Service Plus Plumbing was recommended to us when we found out we had a leak at the water main. Matt came out at the time that was scheduled and immediately gave a recommendation for repair as well as a fair and honest quote. He scheduled us to get our repair the next day. Matt’s team arrived first thing in the morning and had the hole dug and pipe repaired in no time with minimal disruption in service. Jose was professional and responsive. My dogs chewed through my wires overnight and I woke up without hot water. Jose came out and fixed the issue the same day and was extremely nice.

If you are reading this review, do yourself a favor and go with someone else. They were sent by our home warranty company for a busted water heater. They would continually send someone out and wouldn’t call with a quote until the next day which kept getting More and more expensive. First it was they had to do things the home warranty would not cover and every contractor has spoke with since have said those items are part of a normal install. Then on the third day of them supposedly trying to find the correct size water heater they tell they can’t install it due to the water damage from the leak on the dry wall which will take a day or two to fix. So they finally offered a temporary water heater for a additional $300 while they repaired the drywall even though they now had our water heater in their possession. So like I said before I did my self a favor I called someone else and scheduled a time and they showed at a specific time and immediately gave us a quote on the spot and started working the same day. Ideal would always give us ranges like we can be there somewhere between 12-6pm (ridiculous). These guys are the worst. It’s not hard to make one more phone call and get another quote. Trust me it is worth it. Oh and forgot to mention that the 2nd company’s quote was nearly 50% cheaper for the same services.
