Was worried it was gonna cost more. Got a repair vice replacement. I watched the work and feel pretty solid about the answer. Came out same day. Ken was great, straightforward, professional; didn't try to sell me extra stuff. Strongly recommend their HVAC services.

It is never a problem with the 2 best Pro-Installers I have ever met. Needed a. HANDYMAN once, and they sent me the best. After 3 1/2 years, The $75 Handyman is still with me. He is honest, dependable, attentive and caring. Hector Perez can do anything at very reasonable prices. Thanks to the Henderson, NV store, we turned a mess into a real home! Guess what, you guys? We've only begun! Thanks to every single one of you!

Excellent work. On time. Explained everything. They installed their Halo system and a new water heater for me. Polite technicians. I was very impressed.

There was a follow-up issue with belt tensioning and within two hours a technician was dispatcher and the problem solved. I've used three different AC/Heating services, and this one is excellent. The best? Maybe. They have all been very professional, but this one is the most responsive.

I worked with this company a few times due to tricky, unrelated issues. The people on the phone are helpful and polite. My appointments were at my convenience (I picked the time). Both technicians I worked with seemed knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and customer oriented. They communicated what was next and they answered my questions. They were both nice. I feel I can trust both of them. I'm always frustrated with price but it was fair and quality service which comes with a cost. I'm a happy customer

Once the service gent showed up ,he fixed the problem,we think .trying to get in touch even when there was an emergency ,wasn't possible. Finally the next day we got someone . Two days later tried our mightiest to get someone on the phone for a quick question couldn't even leave message as oth numbers said their message box is full???
