We called Elite Plumbing Heating & AC to diagnose our A.C. unit as it suddenly stop operating. Order of events of the diagnostic check: first ,tech checked the AC unit fan after spinning it tech later stated we needed to replace fan motor...odd, as the fan did spin; second, tech went upstairs checked the thermostat stated we need to replace thermostat as it had no power, mind you thermostat is powered by batteries which are new; third, tech went into the attic disconnected a wire then later stated it was not getting power and it was going out and we need a new unit. Man the money PIT was growing vastly as the tech continued to check the unit. Tech removed items from unit and tried to leave without placing them as they were found. Yes, hubby checked him. To that end, we contacted another company to our demise it was just a small electrical switch which cost $0.75 from Home Depot and $20 To install by elcetrician. Elite is not a company to be trusted.

Haven’t had a need for plumbing issues in the past but I definitely know who to call in the future! And I WILL be recommending you guys to anyone in town that asks. Again, mahalo!

Got a very professional and sweet response when I called this morning from a Alejandra, very sweet and professional she got me an appointment right away and got a call from Bruce that he was sending out a guy that would be here in a half an hour which was awesome and his name was Joshua very sweet professional installed a thermostat for me trouble shot a lot of things on my heater that probably nobody else would have done talk to his supervisor to give me some help on paying the bill which is supervisor's name was James and I am so happy with you guys you're not only honest and loyal to your customers you're very professional and just really sweet people thank you so much for today I really appreciate it all that he did for me I'm 73 years old I'm blind and one eye and can't see to read he made sure that everything was read to me I really love this kid I think I'm going to adopt him thank you so much Judy Peters 😁

Pure Plumbing was definitely more than I expected them to be! I was extremely satisfied with their service. I’ve always been very skeptical of hiring big Companies, because of the price. However, Oscar was amazing, he came in took care of what needed to be repaired and when I saw what my charge would be I was soooo excited. It did not cost me an arm and a leg. I would for sure call Pure again for my plumbing and AC needs.

Julio is very knowledgeable, and helpful, explained everything, showed us how to operate the unit itself and how to do it on our phone. Christian did a great job fixing our heating/cooling system as well. Both took their time to their jobs, did not rush. Jason, who first came, did the diagnosis and was able to pint-point the problem, also very knowledgeable and helpful, did a good explanation. These guys did not disappoint. We’ve tried others but we’re very disappointed.

AC technician arrived within the time frame and diagnosed that a capacitor has a short and replaced it with a new one, unfortunately the circuit breaker trips. He told us that he cannot continue to diagnose our ac unit until the circuit breaker is replaced by a qualified electrician. He also said that he has four more houses to check and there's no need to reschedule. An electrician came to diagnosed the problem and replaced a circuit breaker but the new circuit breaker trips again. I watched the electrician diagnostic procedure and all checks out good, continuity and voltage readings are there. Electrician said that the problem is in the ac wiring or maybe a a defective capacitor was installed causing the circuit breaker to trip.

We had water leaks on our bath tub and kitchen sink faucets. Victor, the plumbing tech, explained each problem, showed us exactly what was happening, and what our options were. He was very professional, efficient, and helped us with all of our questions. The company was easy to work with and very responsive. We would definitely use them again.

Very sleazy. Do not trust them to provide service in good faith. Charged a fixed income senior over $2,700 for a water heater replacement that had to be redone because the work was performed before water damage was fixed. Did not provide a line item invoice for services rendered. Would not recommend.
