It is never a problem with the 2 best Pro-Installers I have ever met. Needed a. HANDYMAN once, and they sent me the best. After 3 1/2 years, The $75 Handyman is still with me. He is honest, dependable, attentive and caring. Hector Perez can do anything at very reasonable prices. Thanks to the Henderson, NV store, we turned a mess into a real home! Guess what, you guys? We've only begun! Thanks to every single one of you!

Danny Lloyd is a great asset to your company. He was very informative and patient with me. I didn't expect his visit to be so extensive, and expensive, but he did a great job.

Climate Control Experts office staff are very polite, accommodating, and return my phone call in a timely manner. Gy is an excellent technician; he notified me before his arrival; he addressed himself and was prepared was prepared to work (COVID-19 mask). At my home, he demonstrated patience, respect, maturity, and integrity. He quickly diagnosed the HVAC problem (a faulty capacitor) and had one on his truck. Within less than 10 minutes labor was completed including cleanup and removal of his tools. With paperwork remaining, he reassured me that my mailer certificate would be deducted from the cost of the job. I would recommend anyone to contact Climate Control Experts for an honest, trustworthy technician, a fair price, an excellent, quick job, and great followup (if necessary)!

Called for a water heater leaking. Eric was here within 20 minutes. He told us we needed to replace it and he could replace it within about 2 hours. Eric also explained the cost and answered all our questions. The first hour was going to the shop to pick up the water heater. He was back within the hour and had it installed and working within 45 minutes. I know it was not cheap but it was worth my peace of mind. I think you get what you pay and we did. Thanks Eric and Active Plumbing!!!!!

Yesterday morning, my insurance company had Anytime Plumbing call me to schedule a service for that day. They could not tell me what time of day someone would come, not even a three or four hour window. They called me around 8:15 a.m.. I said I had to take my dog to the vet at 4 p.m. and would that be a problem. I was told a plumber would be here before then. Fortunately, I didn't need to take my dog to the vet after all because starting that afternoon I kept getting notified that a plumber would be finished and come to my home in less than an hour. I was told that every hour, until after 6 p.m. prior to 6 p.m., I was told the plumbers stop working at 7 p.m. I got a call after 6 p.m. stating that the plumber would be there within a half hour. The plumber was and was done at 7 p.m. Next time I need a plumber it will not be Anytime Plumbing

Someone from their plumbing department came to my elderly mother’s home for a hot water heater flush. The repair guy told her that there was a problem with the connection and that he couldn’t do the job and that she would have to buy a new hot water heater and all sorts of other things totaling around $2000. She instead called another plumber who came over and said there was absolutely nothing wrong with her hot water heater. This company tried to scam her. I am writing this for her because she was afraid of repercussions from the company. Beware!

it seems like plumbing companies are always back logged when it comes to servicing people in henderson but you were able to come to fix our water heater the same day we called so thank you so much

Worked with Eric R., he was fantastic. Very in tuned with plumbing and helping us get to a solution. He took his time to explain the problem and then resolved it for us. He went above an beyond great customer service. I would certainly use their company again, hopefully Eric will be the one they send if we ever needed help again.

I don’t know how to start very bad attitude starts from Front Desk and goes on they did some service my location I don’t even know and never send bill or notice I find out from Land Lord they put lien on the property for only $450 service charge anyway we try to make it happen try to pay they so Mean and not take a payment until I see the person serve me paper after 45 days with no notice I need to make appointment for her this is ridiculous never again I will never recommend anybody this people very bad management

Nate was our electrician today and did a great job. He was professional and friendly and cared about who our home warranty was through so he would know what they would cover and what they wouldn't which was very helpful for me. I recommend Ideal Services for your future home repairs.

AC technician arrived within the time frame and diagnosed that a capacitor has a short and replaced it with a new one, unfortunately the circuit breaker trips. He told us that he cannot continue to diagnose our ac unit until the circuit breaker is replaced by a qualified electrician. He also said that he has four more houses to check and there's no need to reschedule. An electrician came to diagnosed the problem and replaced a circuit breaker but the new circuit breaker trips again. I watched the electrician diagnostic procedure and all checks out good, continuity and voltage readings are there. Electrician said that the problem is in the ac wiring or maybe a a defective capacitor was installed causing the circuit breaker to trip.
