Richard came out on a late stop for a routine service. He replaced our filters on our rainsoft system and made sure we’re ready to use our water again. He offered other services and products that his company offers that I will take advantage of later once my well is repaired.

Prompt, effective service. One of my kids flushed various toys down the toilet. The company sent out a plumber who was able to snake a comb out of the toilet, but a day later flushing problems returned. The company sent out another plumber who determined that the toy had been pushed into the sewer pipe. After working nearly a full day, he was able to remove the blockage without having to cut into the pipe. And he charged a fraction of what I would have expected for a full day's work. 5/5.

Joel and Michael were dispatched to perform seasonal maintenance on our heating system and check to make sure everything was in working order. There were a few things that needed to be repaired on our system and they took the time to go over and explain each issue, giving me multiple recommendations on how to solve each. They even supplied pictures of their findings. They were both friendly, professional, and extremely helpful and I am highly pleased with the service I received.

The secretary that answers the phone is very rude. I discovered that the central office does not cooperate very well with other firms. Avoid being referred this company if you have a choice in who to do business with.

$254.50 was a bit amsurd to replace the failed capacitor. I ordered a spare, on line, for 17.60 so I'll have one for the next time. 15 Minutes to replace it.
Do you not even offer a senior discount?

I was fortunate enough to have Joseph S. come out and handle the start of my maintenance contract today. Not only was he professional and polite but he was very good at explaining what he saw and recommended. I could tell that he did his work very thoroughly and cared about doing it right. Not only was Joseph good but the company has a good system in place as well for documentation. I've worked with them before in a commercial setting and was just as pleased with their service then as I am their residential service. Thanks for the help!

Had to change my review and downgrade. This is the 3rd or 4th visit now, trying to get cool air. Each visit $49 visit fee, still 78 degrees. So frustrating. Everyone is super nice, kind and professional but just not getting to bottom of issue. 2 stars simply because everyone is kind, respectful and professional.
