Ever since they got hold of my contact information, they call several times per day, five days per week, for months. At this point I have their number blocked, but that doesn't stop them from leaving several messages per day.

I have the opportunity to arrange the visit into my house with Nate (easy and cordial), then our sales representative came, Chris, and he was funny and sharp (had coffee together conversing on the decision). Blake and Anthony came to install and review the system and when a hiccup arise, finally Mike came twice to finish the job in an outstanding manner. He was very knowledgable and friendly and got my cabinet and system all squared away!!

They try to overcharge you at every chance they get. They quoted me $774 to install a singe bathroom faucet.

The secretary that answers the phone is very rude. I discovered that the central office does not cooperate very well with other firms. Avoid being referred this company if you have a choice in who to do business with.

$254.50 was a bit amsurd to replace the failed capacitor. I ordered a spare, on line, for 17.60 so I'll have one for the next time. 15 Minutes to replace it.
Do you not even offer a senior discount?

Wow, what a fantastic company John’s Plumbing is! Through their longtime name recognition I called them to install a Toto Washlet that I’d purchased online. The young man who did the work was very polite, pleasant and extremely efficient. A few days later I found that I needed to have someone come back because there was a problem with the new system. John’s Plumbing promptly sent someone who discovered that the item itself was defective and he uninstalled it at no charge to me. But even better, John’s Plumbing was generous enough to schedule a return visit to install the replacement Washlet and since I was only marginally successful in getting the manufacturer to refund me the original cost of installation (of their defective product) the management of John’s Plumbing offered to reinstall the replacement at no additional charge! This was indeed above and beyond any service I have ever received from any outside contract services and I did insist on paying them the small amount that I was able to recover from the manufacturer. I am just so very pleased with the professionalism and personal attention that I have received from all of the staff that I’ve dealt with at John’s Plumbing. What a privilege it is to write this review and share it with anyone who is looking for absolutely the best in the business. I’m simply delighted!

These guys couldn't be more awesome even if they tried! Called them at 8am because my shower diverter stopped working. They scheduled me for 11:30am, but were at my house by 9:30am the same day. They gave me three different options to fix the problem and quotes for each one. They fixed it the same day and I couldn't be more pleased! Great job guys! Highly recommend!

I truly appreciate this team! They make me feel like the are here attending to my concerns and needs versus making me feel like they are here for the buck. I’ve been faithful to this company for 20 years and they have never let me down with HVAC services. From system design, installation and ongoing maintenance, this organization and its crew are the industry best-in-class!

Had to change my review and downgrade. This is the 3rd or 4th visit now, trying to get cool air. Each visit $49 visit fee, still 78 degrees. So frustrating. Everyone is super nice, kind and professional but just not getting to bottom of issue. 2 stars simply because everyone is kind, respectful and professional.
